10月1日晚，郑州方特旅游度假区发布情况说明称，针对9月30日下午“重力风暴”项目运行异常问题，给大家带来不便与担忧，景区致以最诚挚的歉意。

The operation of a drop tower ride at Zhengzhou Fantawild Adventure was suspended for approximately four minutes on Tuesday afternoon due to a technical malfunction, according to a statement released by the resort on Wednesday.



2025年9月30日15时，“重力风暴”项目运行至顶端时，因外部电压波动触发直流电机调速器保护机制，导致设备停机4分钟。

现场立即启动应急预案，释放座舱安全降落，28名游客全部平安落地，无人员受伤。事件发生后，园区立即对全部设备进行安全检查，经检查所有设备安全后，该项目当天恢复运营。

Park staff immediately initiated emergency protocols, safely lowering the ride's cabin to the ground. All 28 passengers were evacuated safely, with no injuries reported.

Following the incident, the park conducted comprehensive safety inspections on all attractions. After confirming all equipment was secure, the Gravity Storm ride resumed operations later the same day.



9月30日，有媒体报道，郑州方特欢乐世界跳楼机载人后在高空悬停时长七八分钟，后恢复正常运行。

视频显示，跳楼机到达最高点后，迟迟未下降。

Earlier reports on Tuesday had described the ride as being suspended at its highest point for several minutes before normal operation resumed. Video footage from the scene showed the ride remaining still at its apex before eventually descending.
