Meanwhile, Songcheng Entertainment released promotional posters featuring a star-studded lineup including Wong Yat-san, Lee Kwok-lun, Law Kar-ying, Kong Wah, and Eddie Lam, hinting that more Hong Kong stars would join in.

In today’s entertainment landscape, simply having steady work is already a blessing — especially for professional actors. Hong Kong stars are pragmatic; they treat acting as an ordinary job and are not burdened by notions of “face” when it comes to earning money. This down-to-earth attitude is perhaps one of the reasons they remain popular in the mainland market.
