近日，不少网友反映，曾因频繁“炫富”遭封号、并因偷税749万元被处以1330万罚款的网红“柏公子”，以“王子柏”账号在社交平台复出，11月已直播超19次。

Numerous users reported that Bo Gongzi, an influencer previously banned for excessive displays of wealth and fined 13.3 million yuan for tax evasion, has attempted a comeback on social media under the new account name Wang Zibo, which is Bo Gongzi’s real name.

The new account has already livestreamed over 19 times since its registration earlier this month.



11月24日，“王子柏”账号显示，其粉丝数已达23.2万，同时设有3个公开粉丝群。

对此，平台客服接线人员明确回应，此前已被封禁的主播通过更换账号进行直播这一行为是不被允许的，目前已将该情况记录并向上反馈，之后会有工作人员对该账号进行监管。

24日晚，记者注意到，“王子柏”账号已被平台禁言。

As of Monday, the new account had amassed 232,000 followers and created three public fan groups.

Customer service representatives from the platform confirmed that banned creators are not permitted to resume broadcasting by registering new accounts. A case has been logged, with the account being placed under supervision, according to the social media platform.

By Monday evening, the "Wang Zibo" account had been muted by the platform.



据了解，“柏公子”本名王子柏，他此前通过在视频中大量展示奢侈品、豪车与高端服饰，塑造富豪人设，拥有近300万粉丝。2024年5月，“柏公子”账号因违规被平台封禁。



2024年12月18日，上海税务官方微信公众号通报：网络主播王子柏2021年至2023年期间，为合作商家指定的商品开展网络直播带货，并在个人账号发布商品宣传推广视频，以此收取带货佣金，通过近亲属个人账户收款等方式隐匿收入，未依法申报纳税，少缴个人所得税、增值税等税费共计749万元。国家税务总局上海市税务局第三稽查局依据《中华人民共和国个人所得税法》《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》等相关法律法规，对王子柏追缴税费款、加收滞纳金并处罚款，共计1330万元。目前，王子柏已按规定缴清税费款、滞纳金及罚款。

Under the alias Bo Gongzi, Wang gained nearly 3 million followers by consistently showcasing a lavish lifestyle that featured luxury goods, high-end cars, and designer fashion. His original account was banned in May 2024 due to violations.

On Dec 18, 2024, the Shanghai Taxation Bureau publicly disclosed that Wang Zibo had concealed income earned from livestreaming e-commerce and promotional videos between 2021 and 2023. By using relatives' personal bank accounts to receive commissions, he avoided declaring taxes, resulting in 7.49 million yuan in unpaid taxes. Following relevant tax and penalty laws, Wang was ordered to pay back taxes, late fees, and a fine totaling 13.3 million yuan, which he has since paid in full.



根据国家广播电视总局、文化和旅游部关于印发的《网络主播行为规范》的第十一、十四、十七条的规定，网络主播应当依法纳税，不可以无节制展示奢靡生活，如果性质严重或者多次出现问题且屡教不改的话，应当封禁账号而且不允许更换账号或者平台再度开播。
