9月21日，北京朝阳公安分局就于某某酒后意外坠楼身亡事件发布警情通报，全文如下：

The Chaoyang branch of the Beijing municipal public security bureau released a police report on Sunday regarding the incident involving Yu Menglong, who accidentally fell to his death after drinking. Three individuals who fabricated and spread rumors have been subjected to compulsory measures by the public security authorities in accordance with the law, according to police report.

“净网-2025”专项工作开展以来，公安机关持续打击整治网络谣言，有效维护网络环境。近日，于某某（男，37岁）酒后意外坠楼身亡，个别人员为博眼球、蹭流量，在网上编造传播虚假信息，拼接炮制虚假视频，严重扰乱公共秩序。对此，公安机关依法立案查处，现将有关情况通报如下:

一、郑某某编造“于某某被他人组局侵害后跳楼”谣言案。经查，郑某某（女，40岁）在网上看到于某某坠亡信息后，编造“大佬要潜规则他，狗腿子替大佬组的局，他被灌醉后侵害，想不开跳楼”等谣言，在热门话题评论区发布，造成恶劣社会影响。

二、袁某某编造“于某某被丢下楼”谣言案。经查，袁某某（女，29岁）通过多个网络平台编造“于某某被吊在高楼，活活拔掉指甲、开膛破肚，被丢下楼”等谣言，无底线博取关注，给家属带来精神伤害，造成恶劣社会影响。

三、徐某某编造“于某某母亲被控制”谣言案。经查，徐某某（女，41岁）为制造谈资，在与他人交流过程中，编造“监控被人为毁坏，背后有挺大势力，现在于某某母亲和妹妹都被控制起来了”等谣言，并通过个人社交账号将聊天截图发至网上，造成恶劣社会影响。

以上3人对编造谣言行为供认不讳，目前已被公安机关依法采取强制措施。此外，针对“于某某被人从窗口推下”“于某某坠楼前被虐待”“于某某母亲被经纪公司暴力驱赶”等谣言，公安机关也依法对相关人员进行了处理。

于某某酒后意外坠楼事件发生后，公安机关立即开展调查，经现场勘查、法医检验、调查访问、调取视频监控等工作，排除刑事案件嫌疑，并已将调查情况向家属告知，家属无异议。于某某母亲也通过“于某某工作室”微博账号发布了声明。

网络不是法外之地，请广大网民不造谣、不传谣，也希望大家尊重家属意愿，保护个人隐私，避免家属遭受二次精神伤害。对编造、散布谣言的违法犯罪行为，公安机关将依法打击处理。

In one case, a 40-year-old female, surnamed Zheng, fabricated a rumor claiming that "Yu was set up by others and jumped off the building". After seeing the news of Yu's death online, she spread the rumor in a popular topic comment section, claiming, "The big shot wanted to take advantage of him, and the lackey set up a trap for the big shot. After being drunk and assaulted, he couldn't take it anymore and jumped off a building". This caused a severe social impact, according to the police report.

Another female, 29, surnamed Yuan, spread a rumor that "Yu was hung from a high building, had his nails pulled out, was disemboweled, and then thrown off the building". She sought attention without any moral boundaries, causing mental distress to the family and resulting in a serious social impact, according to the police report.

In the third case, a 41-year-old female surnamed Xu fabricated a rumor during conversations with others, claiming, "The surveillance was deliberately destroyed, and there are significant forces behind this; now Yu's mother and sister are being controlled." She shared screenshots of these conversations on her personal social media account, causing a severe social impact, according to the police report.

All three individuals have confessed to their actions of fabricating rumors and have been subjected to compulsory measures by the public security authorities. Additionally, related individuals who spread rumors such as "Yu was pushed out of the window", "Yu was abused before falling", and "Yu's mother was violently driven away by the agency" have also been dealt with by the authorities, said the police report.

Following Yu's accidental fall after drinking, the public security authorities promptly initiated an investigation. Through on-site inspections, forensic examinations, interviews, and video surveillance, they ruled out any criminality and have informed the family of the investigation results, to which the family has no objections. Yu's mother also issued a statement through the Weibo account of Yu's working studio, said the report.
