今年第18号台风“桦加沙”已于9月21日上午加强为超强台风级，预计将正面袭击广东。
23日至25日，广东省将遭遇严重风雨，气象部门提醒各地，需提前做好巨灾防御准备。

受其影响，9月24日全天广东省内所有高铁、普速列车停运。
据@珠海气象，“桦加沙”体型面积超过了整个广东省。不过进入南海后，预计它的体形将有所收缩，能量高度集中在台风眼区。
经综合研判和应急会商，中国气象局启动重大气象灾害（台风）Ⅱ级应急响应。广东省防总决定于9月22日10时将防风Ⅳ级应急响应提升为防风Ⅱ级应急响应。

据广州日报、深视新闻等媒体消息，为保障列车运行安全，国铁广州局根据台风动态及影响范围，对管内列车运行计划进行调整，具体安排如下：
9月23日12时起，广东省内高铁及普速列车开始逐步停运，停运范围随台风影响动态调整；
9月24日全天，广东省内所有高铁、普速列车停运。
9月25日凌晨起，将根据台风影响减弱情况，逐步恢复列车开行，具体恢复车次将动态更新。

江门珠海实施“五停”
9月22日，江门市人民政府防汛防旱防风指挥部将在全市范围内渐次实行“五停”措施（即：停课、停工、停产、停运、停业）。
经珠海市三防指挥部研判决定：9月23日、24日均全天停课。预计23日晚20时至22时开始实施“五停”和视情实施封桥封路措施。

台风都怎么命名
为了区分热带气旋，每一个台风都会有不同的名字。
西北太平洋和南中国海热带气旋命名表由世界气象组织台风委员会制定，名称由世界气象组织台风委员会的14个国家和地区提供，总共140个，循环使用。
中国提交的台风名字包括：海葵、玉兔、风神、杜鹃、海马、悟空等。
如果某次台风造成了巨大灾难，经台风委员会认定，该名称可以成为该次台风永久的专属名字。
比如2005年的19号台风叫“龙王”，因其造成了百亿元的经济损失，导致百人死亡，故“龙王”成为了那次台风的专属名字，以后不再用了。中国重新起了一个名字——“海葵”来代替之。
