近日，有网友发帖称，山东航空的空乘穿上了毛衣开衫，并且空乘可以“自己决定穿什么”，同一航班空乘的穿着并不完全相同。



消息一出，引发网友热议。有人点赞山航“不服美役”，也有网友表示“羊毛衫＋裤装”穿上看起来很“土”“月嫂风”。

A recent online discussion has put a spotlight on Shandong Airlines' new cabin crew uniforms, signaling a shift towards comfort and personal choice in an industry known for its strict dress codes.

Photos circulated online showed flight attendants wearing knitted cardigans, with reports indicating they now have significant freedom in mixing and matching their outfits, leading to varied looks even within the same flight crew.

This move, however, sparked a mixed reaction online. While many netizens praised the airline for "breaking from rigid beauty standards", others criticized the "cardigan and trousers" combination as looking "dated" or "unflattering".





据经视直播报道，山东航空工作人员回应称，2025年10月10日，山航“青未了”系列空勤制服焕新，覆盖飞行员、乘务员、安全员岗位。

其中，女乘务员的制服包含羊毛开衫、长袖连衣裙、短袖连衣裙、风衣等多种款式。

The new uniform collection, launched on Oct 10, for pilots, flight attendants, and security staff, offers female crew members a range of options including wool cardigans, long-sleeved and short-sleeved dresses, and trench coats.

此外，工作人员透露，新制服支持乘务员根据需求自由搭配选择。“乘务员是可以按照自己的喜好去搭配的。”

Shandong Airlines confirmed that its attendants are encouraged to choose their combinations based on personal preference.

对于新制服“很土”的评论，山东航空回应称：“工作服首先就要让穿着它的人感觉到被尊重，被关怀。我们想呈现的美，是我们不用受限于衣着，能更放松地投入到工作中的时候，那种由内而外的专业和真诚。”

In a response to the "unfashionable" critique, Shandong Airlines said: "Work uniforms should first and foremost make the wearer feel respected and cared for. The beauty we want to present comes from within — when we are not constrained by clothing, we can relax and devote ourselves to our work, showcasing an inner professionalism and sincerity."



据了解，山东航空新制服“青未了”不仅融合了中国传统汉服元素，还遵循空乘实际需求与舒适体验，女空乘可自选裤装或过膝裙，轻便的平底鞋代替了以往的高跟鞋。

The new uniforms incorporate elements of traditional Hanfu and prioritize practical needs and comfort. Female attendants can now choose between trousers or knee-length skirts, and lightweight flats have replaced high heels.

“去高跟鞋”“自选裤装或裙装”正成为一种趋势

根据澎湃新闻报道，春秋航空发布的“关于女乘务员值勤期间全程穿着自购平底鞋”的通知提到，自2025年7月7日起，女乘务员在整个值勤期间（自航前汇报起至航后讲评会结束）统一穿着自购的平底鞋。

This trend towards "no high heels" and "option of trousers" is gaining momentum across China's aviation industry.

另据媒体报道，为员工“减负”，湖南航空2024年8月1日起，全面推行乘务员穿平底鞋执行航班。吉祥航空会发高跟鞋和平底鞋给乘务员自由选择，而在飞机上工作的场合则必须穿平底鞋。

According to reports, Spring Airlines mandated that female flight attendants wear flat shoes throughout their entire duty period starting July 7. Similarly, Hunan Airlines fully implemented flat shoes for cabin crew on flights from Aug 1, 2024. Juneyao Air provides both heels and flats, requiring the latter during actual in-flight work.

央视网此前发文提到，纤细的高跟鞋，是部分服务行业对服务提供者施加“凝视”的产物。

工作期间穿着高跟鞋明显增加扭伤、滑倒风险，加重静脉曲张和骨骼劳损，让数小时的站立、位移成为一种“没苦硬吃”的工作负担。

大量空乘人员不再对不合理的着装要求保持沉默，网络的放大让她们的声量传播得更快更广，公众对职业健康权日益深切的共识，这些都成为推动民航服务理念向“平底鞋”、向“安全效率”回归的底层推动力。
