近日，吉林省吉林市的邓女士在户外登山时，因背包上悬挂吊牌被网友质疑“吊牌姐”，还被无端揣测“恶意退货”“白嫖”，相关视频持续引发关注。

A woman in Jilin, Jilin province, surnamed Deng, recently faced online harassment after a video of her hiking drew attention to a tag on her backpack, which was later clarified to be a missing children's search card.

Following the video, some netizens quickly dubbed her the "Tag Lady" and accused her of "malicious returns" and "freeloading".



随后，邓女士发视频澄清，背包系2025年9月购入，挂件系商家自带的普通牌子，滑雪服上的挂件是失联儿童寻亲卡。

邓女士表示，衣服是2023年买的，早过了退货期，因为卡牌内有寻亲的公益广告，觉得挺有意义，才一直留存。

In response, Deng posted a video explaining that her backpack, purchased in September, came with a standard tag from the retailer.

She also noted that her ski jacket, bought in 2023, was long past the return period, and she had kept the tag because it carried a public service message aimed at helping missing children reunite with their families.

但令邓女士没想到的是，这几天，私信、评论区几乎全是谩骂。“一打开就是几千条，全是骂我的，还特别难听，说我‘活不起就别活了’，攻击我的面相，还拿我的IP地域黑，说‘东北人都这样’。”

Deng reported receiving thousands of abusive messages in her inbox and comments, including personal attacks on her appearance and derogatory remarks targeting her regional background.



邓女士无端遭谩骂

事件经澄清“反转”后，11月22日，邓女士感谢了在遭受“网络暴力”期间，一直帮助她的网友和媒体。

11月23日，滑雪服品牌负责人孟女士表示，该品牌创立四年来，已更换三批不同的公益寻亲吊牌，邓女士购买的衣服系第二批吊牌，目前已赠送她一套全新的滑雪服和帽子作为答谢。

On Saturday, Deng thanked those who supported her during the online abuse. The next day, Meng, a representative of the ski jacket brand, said the company has updated its public-service tags three times since its founding and gifted Deng a new ski jacket and hat as a gesture of goodwill.




邓女士表示，在澄清视频发布后，有部分网民向其发来私信道歉，还有一些网民在评论区给她支持声援。“希望这个事尽快过去吧，也希望大家都能更理性地看待，不要站在自己想象的世界里，毫无证据地去攻击别人。”

邓女士表示，未来她会继续带着这些公益寻亲吊牌，外出滑雪、爬山，希望能帮助更多失联儿童，助力宝贝早日回家。

Since posting her clarification, Deng said some netizens privately apologized, while others publicly expressed support. "I hope this matter will soon be behind us, and that people will be more rational, not attacking others without evidence," she said.

She added that she plans to continue wearing the public-service tags while skiing and hiking to raise awareness and help missing children.

不少网友对此表示，应该严惩“网暴”者。




也有人表示，应该知道真相后再评论，这样的吊牌很棒。
