我们从一出生,身体内就存在着体力、情绪及智力三方面的周期性变化——人体生理节律。当我们开始觉得易疲倦、情绪不稳定、做事效率低、注意力难以集中、健忘或判断力下降时,可能就是我们的生理节律低潮期来临了。这个时候,你会怎样让自己轻松度过呢?来点甜点,看看喜剧、听听音乐,还是静静休息?欢迎和我们分享你的感受。

We have been experiencing the periodic change of physical strength, mood and intelligence--- the periodic rhythm since we were born. It is the imminence of down period when we feel exhausted, irritated, low-efficient, unfocused, absent-minded or unable to make a good judgment. How do you relax yourself at this time? It is obvious that periodicrhythm can never avoided ,finding outlets to lessen the irritation,boredom,and tiredness seems very essential to me.

For me,if I have to be put into this kind of condition,I often listen to the music,for I know that only soft music can relieve my nervous and tiresome emotion. Also do I frequently make a call to my close friend by telling her my problem,and if possible,we can go to the cinema together enjoying a latest show. Sometimes I 'd prefer to go to

parks,markets or seaside if my work free, rather thanstaying at home alone. Among these places, seaside is my favourite,for its peace and calmness can of course calm down everthing which sounds troublesome.

With the more burdens we should take everday,finding something to relax ourself seems moreimportant than ever before, do not worry ,every relaxation can be found - if you want to.

I think I will listen to music,watch movies and do outdoor activities.They make me relaxed.Sometimes I will go shopping with my friends,and eat sweet food.It 's goodforus to be in good spirits

When I'm in bad mood,I choose to lay in the bed alone, and call someone who can listen to me,like my best friends, and talk some other things except the troubles.Then i'll listen to the music and relax my heart and body.After having a good sleep ,I will be better and cheer up.

When in the physiological down period, I usually surf online for some interesting news or pictures,watch soap opera,listen to music,or just have a good sleep.Moreover,never feel bad or depressed about the period,just regard it as a prelude of a high mood.
