教育部发布2025年第4号留学预警

近段时间以来，日本社会治安不靖，针对中国公民的违法犯罪案件多发，治安形势和留学环境不佳，在日中国公民的安全风险上升。教育部提醒已在日和近期拟赴日留学人员密切关注当地治安形势，加强风险评估，切实增强防范意识。建议中国公民谨慎规划赴日留学安排。

China's Ministry of Education has issued a warning regarding studying abroad on Sunday, noting that Japan's social security is unstable, with a high frequency of criminal cases involving Chinese nationals. The security situation and the environment for studying abroad are not favorable, and the safety risks for Chinese nationals in Japan are increasing.

The ministry reminds Chinese nationals already studying in Japan, as well as those planning to study in Japan in the near future, to closely monitor the local security situation, assess risks, and enhance awareness of precautionary measures. Chinese nationals are advised to carefully plan their study abroad arrangements to Japan.
