Ng Wai-kwok, a 73-year-old veteran Hong Kong artist, has starred in dramas for major local TV stations. In his younger days, he quickly became a top-tier male actor and was nicknamed "Little Brother Ng" by the public. Since 2010, he has faded out of the entertainment industry, living a low-key life and rarely making public appearances. Recently, he was unexpectedly met by senior media person Wang Manling at a dinner party. He generously took photos with Wang, and his recent photos were exposed. Despite being 73, he maintains himself well, and his actual age is hardly noticeable.

现年73岁的香港资深艺人伍卫国，曾在香港各大电视台参演剧集。年轻时他一跃成为一线男星，被外界称作 “伍小生”。2010年后，伍卫国淡出娱乐圈，过着深居简出的生活，平日极少公开露脸。难得的是，他近日出席饭局时被资深媒体人汪曼玲偶遇，两人大方合照，近照随之曝光。虽已73岁，伍卫国保养得却十分不错，完全看不出实际年龄。

Ng Wai-kwok attended a birthday party for friends, where many artists gathered to celebrate the October birthdays of two ladies, Zheng Xiaoman and Yao Ning, with others coming to join the fun. The party was dominated by women, and men were mostly in supporting roles, with Ng Wai-kwok being one of them. Probably because everyone, including Wang Manling, hadn’t seen Ng Wai-kwok for a long time, Wang naturally took photos to commemorate the encounter. She took multiple pictures of Ng and wrote, "Met Little Brother Ng, took photos to remember." Frankly speaking, if Wang hadn’t reminded everyone, few might have noticed that the person in the group photo was Ng Wai-kwok.

伍卫国出席的是好友的生日宴，众多艺人齐聚，为十月生日的郑小漫、姚宁两位女士庆祝，其他人则到场助兴。这场生日会以女性居多，男性几乎都是陪衬，伍卫国便是其中之一。大概是大家许久未见伍卫国，汪曼玲也不例外，所以偶遇后自然要拍照留影。汪曼玲拍摄了多张有伍卫国的照片，并配文 “偶遇伍小生，拍照留念”。坦白说，若不是汪曼玲这样提醒，或许没人会留意到合照中的人竟是伍卫国。



Though 73 years old, Ng Wai-kwok’s overall appearance hasn’t changed much, despite his hair having turned gray, especially the sides of his temples which are almost completely white. On that day, he wore rimmed glasses that gave him a gentle look, paired with a black T-shirt and white shorts, dressed casually. The key point is that he looks much younger—his hair is gray but still thick, and he has few wrinkles on his face, appearing to be around 50 years old. Of course, as he’s aged, Ng has gained some weight; in the photo with Wang Manling, his belly is noticeably protruding. Nevertheless, his tall figure still makes him stand out, giving people the impression of being graceful and handsome, with the same charm as in his prime.

虽然已经73岁，伍卫国头发已然花白，尤其是两鬓几乎全白，但整体外貌并无太大变化。当天他戴着花边眼镜，显得十分斯文，身穿黑色T恤和白色短裤，打扮休闲，重点是看起来格外年轻。头发花白是事实，但发量依旧浓密，脸上皱纹也不多，看起来大概只有50岁的状态。当然，随着年龄增长，伍卫国身材略有发福，与汪曼玲合照时，肚腩明显凸起。但不可否认，他身材高大，十分抢镜，给人的感觉依旧玉树临风、英气十足，风采不减当年。

After breaking up with Liu Xiaoqing, Ng Wai-kwok never fell in love again. He once said that he hadn’t been in a relationship since splitting with Liu and would no longer deliberately consider marriage—if he had wanted to marry, he would have married Liu back then. After the breakup, he insisted that a person’s life doesn’t have to include marriage and having children to be happy. Therefore, to this day, he still remains single, unmarried and without children.

与刘晓庆分手后，伍卫国便再也没有谈过恋爱。他曾表示，和刘晓庆分开后自己就没再恋爱，也不会刻意考虑结婚，若是想结婚，当初就会和刘晓庆步入婚姻了。而且分手后，伍卫国坚持认为，人生并非一定要结婚生子才幸福。所以直到如今，他依旧保持单身，没有结婚，也没有子女。
