A topic about a tourist being charged 661 yuan for two seafood dishes became a hot discussion online, according to earlier reports.

据媒体此前报道，10月6日，有网友在社交平台发文，国庆到广东惠州旅游，在一海边餐厅吃饭时，点了炒蛏子和螃蟹两个菜总价661元，怀疑自己遇到“海鲜刺客”。

A tourist named Yang posted on social media on Monday that he dined at a seaside restaurant in Huizhou, Guangdong province. He ordered stir-fried razor clams and crabs, but was surprised by the total price of 661 yuan. He wondered if he had met a "seafood price surprise".

当事人杨先生称：“原本想着团购，到店里说团购的时间过了，让我们单点，问价格的时候不说，让我们先吃再报价，没想到这么贵。”

Yang said he originally intended to use a group-buying deal, but the restaurant staff told him the promotion period was over. When he asked about the price, the staff did not give a clear answer and asked him to eat first. He did not expect the bill to be so high.



记者致电餐厅老板得知，顾客点菜时已明确告知价格与斤数，实际收费比标价还低不少。膏蟹标价288元/斤，但进货价约160元/斤，加上人工、租金等经营成本，实际售价为188元/斤。顾客所点的螃蟹重2.4斤，蛏子3斤（单价68元/斤），加上2人茶位费共6元，总计661元。

A reporter contacted the restaurant owner, who explained that the customer was clearly informed about the price and weight when ordering. The owner said the actual price charged was even lower than the listed price.

最后，老板表示将公开监控视频并强调所有菜品明码标价，目前仍不清楚对方诉求，曾尝试联系顾客未获回应。此外，老板提到，若顾客认为价格不合理，可通过有关部门投诉，但要以正当理由诉求。

The owner said he would release surveillance video to show the prices were clearly marked. He also tried to contact the customer but received no response. He added that if the customer thought the price was unfair, he could complain to relevant authorities with valid reasons.

10月7日，记者联系当事游客杨先生和餐厅方，均未得到此事的进一步回应。记者注意到，杨先生已删除此前投诉此事的视频，并于6日晚发布了一张微信群截图，显示双方疑似已达成调解，一个微信名叫陈某的人向他退费400元。

Yang had deleted his complaint video and posted a WeChat group screenshot on the evening of Monday. It showed that someone named Chen had refunded him 400 yuan, suggesting the issue was resolved.



7日上午，涉事海鲜店附近一商户对记者表示，陈某的确是该餐厅相关人士，该商户还表示，“我们每家店里的海鲜价格不一样，不同时间价格也会有浮动。”

A nearby store owner confirmed that Chen was related to the seafood restaurant. The store owner also mentioned, "Seafood prices vary from shop to shop, and they change at different times."

霞涌街道办工作人员告诉记者，他们注意到了网友反映的此事，街道办有工作人员配合市场监督管理部门前往涉事餐厅查看，具体处理结果以市场监管部门为准。记者多次致电惠州大亚湾经济技术开发区市场监督管理局、霞涌市场监管所，电话无人接听。
