Li Junyong, a street vendor known online as the "Chicken Chop Guy", has been named a tourism ambassador for Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, after his unique vending style and infectious positivity won over millions online.
"With the National Day holiday approaching, our focus is on strictly ensuring food safety and hygiene," Li spoke at a Jingdezhen tourism promotion forum on Sunday, demonstrating the same earnest demeanor that made him popular online.
The city's culture and tourism bureau announced the appointment through an official video and presented him with an honorary certificate.

据了解,“鸡排哥”本名李俊永,江西南昌人,已在景德镇生活42年,在五中附近卖鸡排鸡柳多年。
