中央气象台9月22日15时发布台风橙色预警：

今年第18号台风“桦加沙”（超强台风级）的中心今天（22日）下午2点钟位于广东省阳江市东偏南方向约1060公里的巴士海峡海面上，就是北纬19.4度、东经121.8度，中心附近最大风力有17级以上（62米/秒），中心最低气压为910百帕，七级风圈半径340-480公里，十级风圈半径160-200公里，十二级风圈半径80-120公里。

Ragasa, the 18th typhoon of 2025, was upgraded to a super typhoon by China's National Meteorological Center on Sunday morning, with the maximum wind force near the center reaching above level 17.

预计，“桦加沙”将以每小时20-25公里的速度向偏西方向移动，穿过巴士海峡后，23日凌晨进入南海东北部海面，并逐渐向广东中部至海南岛东北部一带沿海靠近，将于24日上午到晚上在广东惠州到海南文昌一带沿海登陆（强台风级或超强台风级，14-16级，45-52米/秒），登陆后强度逐渐减弱。

The typhoon is forecast to make landfall along the coast from Huizhou in Guangdong to Wenchang in Hainan province between the early morning and afternoon on Wednesday. At that time, it is expected to be a strong typhoon or super typhoon, with winds of level 14 to 16, said Wang Haiping, chief forecaster at the National Meteorological Center.



据深圳新闻网消息，深圳市应急管理局防灾减灾处（地震处）处长王常效表示，“桦加沙”可能是自2018年“山竹”之后影响深圳最强的台风。目前全市已启动应急机制，各部门正有序开展各项防风防汛工作。王常效呼吁市民保持警惕，切勿心存侥幸，并提出以下防御建议：

• 减少不必要的外出，避免前往沿海、临河及低洼地区；
• 提前储备至少3天的饮用水、食品、药品及应急物资；
• 加固门窗，收回阳台高空物品，防止坠落；
• 地质灾害高风险区、危旧房屋居民应熟悉转移路线，随时准备撤离；
• 妥善安置老人、儿童、病患及宠物。
  

Wang Changxiao, director of the disaster prevention and mitigation department at the Emergency Management Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, urged residents to prepare at least three days' worth of drinking water, food, medicine and emergency supplies.

"The super typhoon will become one of the most significant storms to hit the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area since 2018," Wang said. "While staying at home, residents should secure doors and windows and have sufficient emergency supplies ready."

目前全市计划转移安置沿海、低洼地带、工棚人员等约40万人。王常效强调，请受影响市民积极配合政府转移安排。此外，台风影响期间部分医疗服务可能存在调整，有特殊就医需求的市民建议提前规划。

针对社会关注的“五停”（停课、停工、停产、停运、停业）安排，深圳市应急管理局表示将根据台风动态及时研判并通过官方渠道发布，请市民勿轻信未经证实的信息。
