9月19日下午，知名云南菜品牌“云海肴”微博发布讣告称，赵晗突发心梗，于2025年9月18日14时43分在昆明同仁医院医治无效不幸逝世，年仅40岁。

Zhao Han, founder of the renowned Yunnan cuisine brand Mystic South–Yunnan Ethnic Cuisine, passed away at 2:43 pm on Thursday at Kunming Tongren Hospital despite emergency treatment. He was 40 years old.



据正在新闻报道，记者从知情人士处获悉，据其家属发布的讣告显示，赵晗先生的遗体告别仪式已定于2025年9月20日11时在昆明市殡仪馆（跑马山）“慎远厅”举行。家属恳请亲友于10点半前抵达，送别最后一程。

9月19日，昆明市殡仪馆工作人员告诉《正在新闻》，相关消息属实，很多人打电话来问，明天上午十一点举行遗体告别仪式。

Zhao's family announced that his funeral will be held at 11 am on Sept 20 at Kunming Funeral Home. The funeral home confirmed the arrangements, noting that many people had inquired about the service.

公开资料显示，云海肴联合创始人赵晗，1985年7月出生，云南昆明人，中国人民大学国学院首届毕业生，曾任云南云海肴餐饮管理有限公司董事长。

Born in Kunming in July 1985, Zhao graduated from the School of Chinese Classics at Renmin University of China as part of its first cohort and later served as chairman of Mystic South–Yunnan Ethnic Cuisine.

公开资料显示，赵晗2009年与堂哥吕志韬、好友朱海琴等共同创立云海肴，将云南菜带出云南，发展为全国知名的餐饮品牌。他致力于传承云南美食文化，推动云南食材产业发展，曾获“兴滇人才奖”等荣誉。



云海肴，是云南云海肴餐饮管理有限公司旗下中式正餐连锁品牌，以云南新鲜食材和多元饮食文化为核心，菜品兼具健康、时尚、美味、价格适中等特点。

2009年，曾有媒体报道赵晗创业的故事，赵晗和3个志同道合的80后伙伴，把家人给攒的首付、结婚的钱凑一起，在北京后海创办了第一家云海肴餐厅。

彼时，赵晗还是中国人民大学的在校研究生。他们每天都在餐厅里写写算算，商讨运营战略，比如折扣、优惠券、短信转发等，有时还客串一把服务员。2010年调整策略，在中关村开出第二家店，品牌逐渐打开市场。2014年，企业注册地迁回昆明。2017年11月，在昆明南强街开办云南首家云海肴餐厅。2019年，开拓海外市场，在新加坡开设分店。

In 2009, Zhao and three partners used family savings to open the first Mystic South–Yunnan Ethnic Cuisine restaurant in Beijing's Houhai district while he was still a graduate student. The partners managed everything themselves, from planning business strategies — such as discounts, coupons, and SMS promotions — to serving customers.

The brand expanded steadily, opening a second outlet in 2010, moving its registration to Kunming in 2014, launching its first local branch in 2017, and entering Singapore in 2019.

赵晗和团队先后创立云南菜连锁品牌“云海肴”、“刀小蛮”，公司迅速发展，成为滇菜连锁品牌领跑者。

2025年2月，有消息显示，云海肴董事会发生调整，赵晗不再担任董事长及其他职务，朱海琴出任董事长兼CEO，全面负责公司决策和管理。同年7月，因2024年致字节跳动新加坡员工食物中毒，云海肴被新加坡国家法院判最高罚款7000新元（约合人民币3.9万元）。



2015年，云海肴获评滇菜 “进京入沪下南洋” 首席示范企业、最具活力成长型企业。2017年上榜央视“最受消费者欢迎十大餐厅”。2018年获中国食品行业卓越品牌奖、最佳品牌影响力奖。2019年获CCFA连锁品牌创新奖。2024年入选《胡润中国餐饮品牌 TOP100》。

Over the years, Mystic South–Yunnan Ethnic Cuisine received numerous honors, including a 2015 award as a model enterprise for promoting Yunnan cuisine and a place on the Hurun China Top 100 Restaurant Brands list in 2024.
