9月20日，武汉市中级人民法院官网发布情况通报：湖北省武汉经济技术开发区人民法院对杨某媛诉肖某瑫性骚扰损害责任纠纷一案，于2025年7月25日作出一审判决：驳回杨某媛的全部诉讼请求。杨某媛不服该判决，向本院提起诉。

According to an official notice released by the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court in Hubei province, the court has upheld a previous ruling in a sexual harassment dispute case.

The case, involving plaintiff surnamed Yang and defendant surnamed Xiao, was first heard by the People's Court of Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone. On July 25, 2025, the court issued a first-instance verdict, dismissing all of Yang's claims.

本院经不公开开庭审理后认为，一审判决认定事实清楚，适用法律正确，应予维持。本院于2025年9月17日作出二审判决：驳回上诉，维持原判。

Dissatisfied with the ruling, Yang appealed to the Wuhan Intermediate People's Court. After conducting a closed-door trial, the intermediate court determined that the first-instance judgment was clear in facts and correct in the application of law. On Wednesday, the court issued a second-instance verdict, rejecting the appeal and upholding the original ruling.
