美国从8月29日起暂停对价值800美元及以下的进口包裹给予免税待遇，届时小额包裹需缴纳适用的所有税费。

据联合国万国邮政联盟26日统计，因美国新规下与运输服务相关的不确定性尤为突出，目前其成员中已有25国宣布暂停向美国寄送包裹。

At least 25 countries have decided to suspend package deliveries to the United States, as concern grows over the impact of US President Donald Trump's looming tariffs, a UN body said Tuesday.

The Trump administration said late last month that it will abolish a tax exemption on small packages entering the United States from Aug 29.

当地时间26日，据俄罗斯邮政官方消息，由于关税金额问题，自8月26日起暂停受理发往美国的商品邮寄业务，普通信件邮寄服务不受影响。

Russian Post has suspended package deliveries to the United States due to new US import duties, TASS reported.

The suspension does not apply to regular letter mail, which will continue as usual.



保加利亚邮政26日发表声明称，即日起暂停接收所有运往美国的货物。声明说，暂停原因是美国政府变更进口货物清关措施。保加利亚邮政还指出，美国对海关申报电子预申报数据的要求也已收紧，此类数据必须发送至美国邮政运营商。



韩国邮政部门表示已于26日暂停通过邮政特快专递（EMS）向美国寄送包裹，韩国用户仅可通过美国联合包裹运送服务公司（UPS）向美国寄送包裹，而该服务的关税需由收件人承担。

Korea Post said on Aug 21 that it will suspend air mail to the United States starting Monday. Express mail service (EMS) packages, with the exception of documents that are not subject to tariffs, will halt on Tuesday.



此外，法国、德国、意大利、西班牙、葡萄牙、奥地利、比利时、瑞典、瑞士、丹麦等欧洲国家，以及澳大利亚、印度、日本、泰国和新加坡等国的邮政机构近几日也相继宣布暂停向美国寄送包裹。

The policy has sparked a flurry of announcements from postal services, including in France, Britain, Germany, Italy, India, Australia and Japan, that most US-bound packages would no longer be accepted.

美国全国公共广播电台日前援引美国智库凯托学会发布的一份分析报告称，美国政府取消对小额进口包裹的免税待遇，该措施将严重伤害美国的低收入群体，使物流运输公司进一步陷入困境，并将在实际执行层面遇到严重问题。
