8月23日晚，海南省三亚市旅游和文化广电体育局发布消息，受台风天气影响，为确保市民游客安全，全市各旅游景区、体育馆、图书馆、博物馆、群艺馆等场所已于当日20时前全面暂停营业。

Sanya's culture and tourism authority ordered a full suspension of operations at all tourist sites on Saturday, and sports venues and cultural facilities were closed by 8 pm that day due to typhoon impacts.

今年第13号台风“剑鱼”（强热带风暴级），8月23日17时中心位于三亚市偏东方向约550公里的海面上，预计将于24日下午到傍晚在三亚登陆（强台风级），之后趋向越南中北部沿海。

Typhoon Kajiki, the 13th typhoon of this year (severe tropical storm intensity), was located about 550 kilometers east of Sanya as of 5 pm Saturday. It is expected to make landfall in Sanya from Sunday afternoon to evening (as a severe typhoon) before moving toward the central and northern coastal areas of Vietnam.



三亚市防灾减灾救灾和安全生产委员会决定于8月23日18时将防汛防风Ⅲ级应急响应提升至防汛防风Ⅱ级应急响应。

三亚市气象台8月23日20时15分变更台风黄色预警信号为台风橙色预警信号：未来24小时，三亚市沿海和陆地风力将逐渐增大，平均风力将达10-11级，阵风12-14级，并伴有强降水和强雷电，请有关单位和人员继续做好防范工作，建议各级各类学校停课。

Sanya issued an orange alert for typhoon at 20:15 Saturday, forecasting force 10-11 winds with gusts of up to 12-14 and heavy rainfall in the next 24 hours. The local meteorological observatory upgraded the typhoon warning from yellow to orange, predicting average winds of force 10-11 and gusts of 12-14 in coastal and land areas, accompanied by heavy precipitation and strong thunderstorms. School closures were recommended.

据三亚凤凰国际机场消息，8月24日10时起，三亚机场暂停航班起降，后续航班取消。

农业农村部、中国气象局8月23日联合发布农田渍涝害和风灾风险提示：预计8月23日夜间至25日，受台风“剑鱼”影响，广东西南部、广西南部和海南岛有大到暴雨，其中海南岛部分地区、广西南部沿海有大暴雨，海南岛中南部局地特大暴雨。

the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and China Meteorological Administration issued a risk advisory for farmlands in South China, warning of heavy rainfall from Saturday to Monday in coastal regions.

广东沿海、广西沿海、海南岛将有6至8级大风，南海中北部部分海域、海南岛沿海及近海、北部湾中南部海域风力有9至10级，台风中心经过的附近海域或地区风力可达11至14级、阵风15至16级。

Gales packing force 6-8 winds are expected to lash the coastal areas of Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan Island, while force 9-10 winds will batter parts of the central and northern South China Sea, the coastal and adjacent waters of Hainan Island, and the central and southern Beibu Gulf. The strongest winds near the typhoon's eye could reach force 11-14 with gusts of up to force 15-16.
