日前，广西贵港一女生考上清华大学，所在高中学校奖励其100万元奖学金。近日，贵港市教育局一则内部通报显示将该校的重金奖励行为定性为违规宣传高考成绩。

A high school in Guigang, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, recently awarded a 1 million yuan scholarship to a student admitted to Tsinghua University. However, an internal notice from the city's education bureau later classified the reward as a violation of regulations on publicizing gaokao results.

8月12日，贵港市教育局一工作人员证实本是内部通报，不对外发布，已在自查外传原因，“该高级中学的行为不合规。从国家层面上，是不宣传高考成绩的，已进行制止”。

A staff member confirmed on Tuesday that the notice was intended for internal circulation only and that an inquiry had been launched into how it was leaked. "The high school's actions were non-compliant," the official said. "At the national level, publicizing gaokao results is prohibited, and we have already intervened to stop it."

中国教育发展战略学会学术委员陈志文称，最近十几年教育部一直在打击类似做法，核心目的还是纠正错误的教育评价。陈志文同时表示，更应该思考和反问的是，为什么学校甘愿冒着被处罚的风险去做这类违规的事情？

陈志文认为，市场作用背后是被误导的观念，尤其是对优质教育资源的放大。

陈志文表示，一个绝对优秀的孩子并不是优质教育资源造就的。首先是父母与家庭的因素，其中不仅是遗传的问题，更主要的还是良好的行为习惯的养成。他认为，不能否定优秀的老师在一个人的成长过程中的重要价值，但也不能本末颠倒。

“校方之所以敢铤而走险，冒着违规的风险干这件事，是因为市场和老百姓相信这件事，但是这个认知是错误的。这个错误认知不能光批评老百姓，我们教育系统要检讨，过度放大了所谓优质教育资源的决定性影响，在误导家长的同时，也在加剧择校热。”

Chen Zhiwen of the Chinese Society of Education Development Strategy said the Ministry of Education aims to curb such practices to correct misguided evaluation standards, noting that cash rewards often reflect an overemphasis on "elite" resources.

He added that while good teachers are valuable, student success ultimately depends on a willingness to learn and basic behavioral discipline.

对于“重金奖励考上清北的学生”一事，有媒体评论称——当民办学校以重金博关注时，政策体系更应坚守教育公平底线。毕竟，衡量一个社会的文明高度，从不在它如何奖励顶尖者，而在它如何托举平凡的大多数。
