最近，一位“神枪手”女警火了。

A young police officer from Ningbo, Zhejiang province, has gained widespread online attention for her sharpshooting skills, professionalism, and down-to-earth approach to public service.

画面中，女警熟练组装枪支，装填子弹，跑向靶位快速射击。不少网友由衷地赞叹：“又美又飒，也就看了几十遍！”

这位女警名叫应炜敏，来自宁波市公安局海曙区分局望春派出所。

In a recently circulated video, officer Ying Weimin from Wangchun Police Station is seen swiftly assembling a firearm, loading bullets, and sprinting to a shooting position for rapid and accurate firing.

Viewers flooded social media with comments such as, "Beautiful and valiant — I've watched it dozens of times!"



1998年出生属虎的应炜敏，从小就有一个警察梦。2017年考入浙江警察学院，就读警务指挥与战术专业。



2021年警院毕业后，应炜敏主动请缨奔赴基层一线。侦查、蹲守、抓捕、侦办，经过几年的磨练，她已然能够独当一面。

Born in 1998, Ying dreamed of becoming a police officer since childhood. She enrolled in Zhejiang Police College in 2017, majoring in police command and tactics, and upon graduating in 2021, she volunteered for front-line duty. Over the years, she has sharpened her skills in investigations, stakeouts, arrests, and case handling, earning a reputation for being capable and fearless.



2023年3月，应炜敏参与侦办一起跨境电商代运营案件。此新型涉网案件侦办难度极大，作为专案组成员，她随队远赴外省参与抓捕行动。抓捕过程中，她冲锋在前、有力控制在场嫌疑人，保存好相关电子证据。



2024年3月，应炜敏成功侦破辖区“拉车门”系列盗窃案件，成功将犯罪团伙“一网打尽”，追赃上万元。群众送来的锦旗上写着“出警迅速猛如虎，寻物准狠贼靠谱”。

Her achievements include participating in a March 2023 crackdown on a complex cross-provincial case involving cross-border e-commerce, where she helped subdue suspects and secure key digital evidence.

In March 2024, Ying led the successful resolution of a series of car-door thefts in her jurisdiction, dismantling a criminal gang and recovering stolen property worth over 10,000 yuan.



“我们要主动出击，公安民警离群众近一点，群众就离被骗远一点！”在参与侦破多起电信网络诈骗案后，应炜敏逐渐摸索出一套反诈宣传经验。2024年10月，她把诈骗分子的手法套路写进剧本，参演反诈微短剧《钓鱼》。看过的网友纷纷表示：“反诈知识以一种奇怪的方式进入大脑！”

Ying has also taken part in multiple telecom and online fraud investigations and become an advocate for public awareness. In October 2024, she co-wrote and starred in a short anti-fraud drama titled Fishing, which used humor and relatable scenarios to educate viewers. "It's like the knowledge sneaks into your brain in the funniest way," one netizen commented.



2025年5月31日，宁波市公安局海曙区分局机动巡逻队首次在辖区亮相，立刻引来众多市民的关注。作为巡逻队一员，应炜敏与队友们被网友们盛赞为“行走的安全感”。



谈及意外“走红”，应炜敏的表现很淡然：“感谢广大市民朋友和网友对我们的关注和支持，更要督促自己保持热爱、扎实工作，把本职工作做得更好！”

When asked about her sudden popularity, Ying remained humble: "I'm grateful for the attention and support from the public and netizens. It motivates me to keep my passion alive, work diligently, and do my job even better."
