8月8日，国家市场监督管理总局网站发布消息，宝马(中国)汽车贸易有限公司、华晨宝马汽车有限公司将召回合计超23万辆的进口及国产汽车。

BMW (China) Automotive Trading Ltd and BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd will recall over 230,000 imported and domestically produced vehicles due to safety risks, China's State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) announced Friday.



根据《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例》和《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例实施办法》的要求，宝马(中国)汽车贸易有限公司、华晨宝马汽车有限公司向国家市场监督管理总局备案了召回计划：

一、召回编号S2025M0120V：自即日起，召回生产日期为2024年11月26日的进口5系汽车，共计1辆。

二、召回编号S2025M0121V：自即日起，召回生产日期从2024年7月20日至2024年12月19日的部分国产X5汽车，共计379辆；生产日期从2024年7月18日至2025年1月6日的部分国产5系汽车，共计1012辆。

本次召回范围内部分车辆，起动器发电机的电源连接器可能未按规格生产，造成起动器发电机的正极接线柱与48V线束的正极端子之间连接松动，电阻异常增大。极端情况下，可能导致车辆行驶中熄火或发动机舱烧蚀起火，存在安全隐患。

The recall addresses faulty monitoring mechanisms for insulation failures. Under specific conditions, vehicles may erroneously deactivate high-voltage systems, causing power loss in electric drive units and increasing collision risks.

Affected vehicles contain starter generators with improperly manufactured power connectors. This may cause loose connections between the generator's positive terminal and the 48V harness, leading to abnormal increases with resistance. In extreme cases, it could result in the engine stalling while driving or a fire due to the engine compartment overheating.

宝马（中国）汽车贸易有限公司、华晨宝马汽车有限公司将为召回范围内的车辆免费检查起动器发电机，必要时进行更换；检查相关电缆，必要时进行维修或更换，以消除安全隐患。

Both companies filed recall plans with SAMR as required. Authorized dealers will conduct free inspections of starter generators and related cables, performing replacements or repairs as needed to eliminate hazards.

本次召回为2025年5月9日发布的《宝马（中国）汽车贸易有限公司、华晨宝马汽车有限公司召回部分进口及国产汽车》召回活动的扩大召回。

This action expands the recall BMW released on May 9, 2025 concerning certain imported and domestic vehicles.

三、召回编号S2025M0122V：自即日起，召回生产日期从2020年12月2日至2023年12月12日的部分进口i4汽车，共计4609辆；生产日期从2023年8月2日至2023年12月13日的部分进口i5汽车，共计91辆；生产日期从2021年9月13日至2024年1月11日的部分进口i7系汽车，共计3244辆；生产日期从2020年8月20日至2023年12月18日的部分进口iX汽车，共计7730辆。

四、召回编号S2025M0123V：自即日起，召回生产日期从2021年3月12日至2025年1月4日的部分国产i3汽车，共计95753辆；生产日期从2023年8月3日至2024年12月18日的部分国产i5汽车，共计5657辆；生产日期从2022年4月15日至2025年5月17日的部分国产iX1汽车，共计6022辆。自2025年10月28日起，生产日期从2020年5月26日至2024年12月5日的部分国产iX3汽车，共计106000辆。

本次召回范围内的车辆，由于绝缘故障的监测机制问题，在特定工况下，车辆高压系统可能出现误关闭的情况，造成电气驱动单元失去动力，增加车辆发生碰撞的风险，存在安全隐患。
