近日，一则“未成年学生在参加夏令营过程中聚众饮酒”的社媒文章引发广泛关注。

一家长发帖称，夏令营为新东方文旅集团组织。

A social media post about "underage students drinking alcohol during a summer camp" has drawn widespread attention, with another post published by a parent also revealing that the summer camp was organized by XDF Cultural Tourism.

4日上午，新东方文旅集团工作人员表示确有此事，并称已在8月3日向发帖家长告知处理情况，严肃处理了事发当天的查房老师。

On Monday morning, a staff member from the group confirmed the incident and stated that they had informed the respective parents of the disciplinary measures taken, including strict action against the teachers responsible for room checks that day.



该工作人员还透露，发帖家长的孩子并没有参与饮酒，公司承诺今后会加强管理工作，严禁参营的孩子私自订购外卖以及饮酒。“在管理层面，我们确实存在不够严格的情况，后续会积极改进，为孩子带去更好的体验。”该工作人员说。

The company pledged to strengthen management to prevent campers from ordering takeout or consuming alcohol. "We acknowledge lapses in our management and will take active steps to improve, ensuring a better experience for the children," the staff member said.

法律明确：未成年人禁止饮酒

我国法律明确规定未成年人（未满18周岁）禁止饮酒，且商家不得向未成年人销售烟酒及含酒精饮料，违者将面临最高50万元罚款等行政处罚。

《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》‌（2024年修正）第三十七条和第五十九条明确规定：禁止向未成年人出售烟酒，经营者需在显著位置设置标识。‌‌学校、幼儿园周边不得设置烟酒销售网点，未成年人集中活动场所禁止饮酒。对难以判断年龄的消费者，商家需查验身份证件。
