近日，云南玉溪元江县学生家长反映，学校要求家长每日必须在手机上完成两次“暑期安全提醒”打卡，被质疑是形式主义做法。

Parents of students in Yuanjiang county, Yuxi city, Yunnan province recently reported that schools are requiring them to complete a "summer safety reminder" check-in twice daily on their phones. This practice has been questioned as formalism.



不同学校的打卡方式并不一样，有的是阅读“防溺水文字提示内容”，有的是观看防溺水视频，有的甚至规定了打卡的具体时间段，若未按时完成打卡，则会收到老师在班级群中的点名提醒或电话催促。

Check-in methods vary among schools: some require reading "drowning prevention text alerts", others mandate watching safety videos, and some even specify fixed time windows for completion. Failure to comply results in teachers publicly calling out parents in class group chats or making phone reminders.

8月1日，玉溪市教育体育局安全科工作人员告诉南方都市报记者，“市教体局没有安排打卡一事”，目前已通知元江县教育体育局，对存在这种情况的学校马上进行整改。

对于“打卡是形式主义”的质疑，该工作人员回复，“我们统筹安全教育不会统筹得这么细致，也不会说要怎么样的形式。我们只是做了工作的部署，具体的落实情况有很多种形式。”

A staff member from relevant Yuxi government departments clarified on Friday, "The municipal bureau did not arrange this check-in." They confirmed notifying the Yuanjiang county education and sports bureau to immediately rectify the practice in affected schools.

同日，元江县教育体育局办公室工作人员表示，“已经在落实暂停打卡一事，如有其他相关建议会统一收集反馈。”

该工作人员解释，打卡的初衷是“暑假期间少年儿童溺水、交通事故易发、高发，希望家长和孩子一起注意安全”。其表示，目前宣传暑假安全的相关工作正在开展中。

The same day, staff at the Yuanjiang county education and sports bureau office stated they were "already implementing the suspension of check-ins" and would collect additional feedback. The staff explained the initiative's original intent was that "drowning and traffic accidents involving minors peak during summer, urging joint parent-child safety awareness." Current summer safety campaigns remain ongoing.

澎湃新闻消息，8月1日，当地部分学校已群发通知要求，不再进行暑期防溺水早晚打卡，改为每天晚上8点前，家长在班级群汇报孩子是否在家平安。

Reportedly, several local schools issued notices on Friday canceling the morning and evening check-ins. Instead, parents must report their child's safety status in class group chats by 8 pm daily.

教育部于7月10日曾发布《关于做好2025年中小学暑期安全工作的通知》称，“部署暑期安全工作时要注意方式方法”，避免出现签订责任书、“一刀切”、频繁打卡等形式主义做法加重教师负担，确保学校和教师立足主责主业做好安全教育宣传工作。

光明日报发文称，让孩子们度过一个既快乐又安全的暑假，不仅承载着每个家庭的美好期盼，更检验着现代社会治理的能力。如何让安全防范既有实效又充满温度？值得各方思考和探寻。
