近日，山东航空新制服“青未了”亮相，新制服不仅融合了中国传统汉服元素，还遵循空乘实际需求与舒适体验，女空乘可自选裤装或过膝裙，轻便的平底鞋代替了以往的高跟鞋。

脱口秀演员吐槽空乘制服

“很多电视剧里面拍的空姐就是这样，穿着短裙、丝袜和高跟鞋，拖着一个飞行箱。”在近期播出的一档综艺节目中，脱口秀演员嘻哈的发言受到广泛关注。

在节目中，嘻哈说，从舒适度和安全的角度，穿丝袜都不方便，如果飞机遇到紧急情况着火，旅客需要撤离的时候，因为丝袜的材质非常容易起火，乘务员在这种紧急情况下还要脱掉自己的丝袜。

Dress codes within the aviation industry are facing growing public scrutiny, as they are increasingly viewed as outdated and impractical. The issue recently drew attention after Xiha, a comedian and former flight attendant, addressed the code in a televised stand-up performance. She highlighted the impracticality — and even potential danger — of conventional uniforms, particularly in emergency situations.

"If there's a fire on board, crew members are expected to remove their flammable stockings before evacuating," she joked, sparking widespread discussion online.

“写这篇内容的初心，是因为我好朋友经历了刻骨铭心的一段经历，更因为我曾经作为业内人员，深知各行各业的不容易。”嘻哈在个人自媒体账号转发丝袜着火的脱口秀切片视频，提出希望空姐能有更自由的选择。

嘻哈在自己的社交账号上，也分享过一些有关空姐着装的内容。近日，她发帖提到自己曾经因为统一发放的鞋不舒服，就自己买了一双软底厚底的鞋，因不符合公司要求她还坚持穿，但这会带来被扣分等风险。

多名网友建议空姐不再“服美役”

据红星新闻，近一年来，特别是今年7月份，多名网友在网上晒在乘飞机、列车时，手写或提交乘务员着装建议的帖子越来越多，希望女性乘务员不再“服美役”（指女性为迎合社会审美标准而进行的外貌修饰行为，涵盖化妆、医美、节食减肥等）多个帖子的点赞、转发和评论量都很高。

邓女士7月24日在乘坐飞机时，找乘务员要了意见信和笔，写下了关于女性乘务员职业服装5点建议：裤装裙装自主选择权、全面替换高跟鞋和专业平底鞋、废除丝袜穿着要求、自主选择框架眼镜或隐形眼镜、取消强制化妆规定。邓女士将自己手写的建议拍照发到了网上，引起了很多网友的讨论。

Public support for reforming uniform policies has continued to grow. On July 24, a passenger surnamed Deng handed a handwritten note to the cabin crew during a flight, suggesting five changes to the existing dress code for female staff. Her proposals included offering trousers as an option; allowing flat shoes in place of heels; removing the requirement for stockings; permitting crew to choose between glasses and contact lenses; and ending mandatory makeup.

邓女士提到，她在机上提交建议后，有乘务员过来询问她，是不是看了嘻哈的脱口秀才想到写这个的，她下意识点点头——她之前就对女性空乘的一系列着装要求不解和不适。女乘务员对邓女士的发声表示感谢。

多家航司“去高跟鞋化”

据央视网，空姐工作期间穿着高跟鞋明显增加扭伤、滑倒风险，加重静脉曲张和骨骼劳损，让数小时的站立、位移成为额外的工作负担。

根据澎湃新闻报道，春秋航空发布的“关于女乘务员值勤期间全程穿着自购平底鞋”的通知，自2025年7月7日起，女乘务员在整个值勤期间（自航前汇报起至航后讲评会结束）统一穿着自购的平底鞋。

另据媒体报道，为员工“减负”，湖南航空2024年8月1日起，就全面推行乘务员穿平底鞋执行航班。吉祥航空会发高跟鞋和平底鞋给乘务员自由选择，而在飞机上工作的场合则必须穿平底鞋。

Wearing high heels during long shifts has been shown to significantly increase the risk of sprains, slips, varicose veins, and long-term musculoskeletal strain.

To reduce such risks, several Chinese airlines have updated their uniform policies, requiring female crew members to wear flat shoes. While some allow a choice between heels and flats, flat shoes are mandatory while working on board.
