近日，一名武汉大学大二医学生在飞机上救人的事情，引发网友关注。

7月19日，武汉大学泰康医学院（基础医学院）2024级临床医学本科生孙毅杰乘机飞往新疆。飞行途中，他听到机上紧急寻医广播，随即前往查看情况，发现一名二十多岁的女生靠在座椅上脸色苍白、双手颤抖，后得知其头晕、手指发麻、呼吸困难、脉搏细弱。

A heroic act by a sophomore clinical medicine student from Wuhan University has captured widespread attention. Sun Yijie, studying at Wuhan University Taikang Medical School (School of Basic Medical Science), was traveling from Wuhan to Xinjiang on July 19 when he answered an emergency medical call on board, helping a woman who was in a critical condition.

在向其了解过往病史时，这名女生告诉孙毅杰，她有过体位性低血压等情况。他观察到，女生的神志有些涣散，瞳孔直径也有点放大，而且对答能力越来越差。

After speaking with her, Sun learned that she had a history of orthostatic hypotension. Observing her condition, he noticed that she appeared disoriented with dilated pupils, and her responsiveness was increasingly poor.

孙毅杰表示，他当时的操作很简单，是一些基本的体格检查，包括观察脉搏、神志、呼吸、心率，再通过一些简单的仪器设备为其量血压、查血氧饱和度。处理操作也很简单，就是让她吸氧，随后平卧。这名女生的情况逐渐好转。

Sun immediately conducted a basic physical examination, checking her pulse, consciousness, breathing, and heart rate. Using basic medical tools, he measured her blood pressure and blood oxygen levels. His simple but effective intervention included providing her with oxygen and instructing her to lie flat. Gradually, the woman's condition stabilized.

几天后，孙毅杰回访了她，对方称情况比较稳定，并说等孙毅杰回到武汉后，要为他送锦旗。



7月24日，孙毅杰在飞机上救人一事被武汉大学微信公众号发布，不少网友称赞其见义勇为。

然而，也有人质疑其“临床知识匮乏、没有执业资格”。

Many online users praised Sun for his quick thinking and courage. However, some questioned his qualifications, pointing out that he was not yet a licensed medical professional.




针对“无证行医”的种种质疑，7月27日，孙毅杰表示，自己对相关法律规定有所了解，即便他没有执业资格证，但是此次救助没有涉及有创操作、药品使用，他去帮助对方属于见义勇为或者紧急救助。在实施救助的过程中，只要他的操作过程没有问题，即便涉及民事损害，他也不需要承担责任。

In response to these concerns, Sun clarified on Sunday that although he did not hold a medical license, his actions fell within the realm of emergency aid, as no invasive procedures or medications were involved. He emphasized that as long as his actions were reasonable and non-harmful, he should not be held accountable for any civil liability, even if complications arose.



孙毅杰在飞机上复盘抢救过程，并提出后续建议

孙毅杰称，相关质疑并不影响他的选择，以后在类似情况下他仍然会出手相助，“不会为了保护自己而选择袖手旁观、明哲保身，要知道自己能干什么，不能干什么，对自己和患者负责任”。

Sun further stated that the criticism would not deter him from helping in similar situations in the future. "I won't stand by just to protect myself. I must know what I can and cannot do, and take responsibility for myself and the patient," he said.

律师认为，孙毅杰的行为符合“见义勇为”的四大核心要件：无约定义务、无法定义务、为他人权益、紧急救助。民法典第一百八十四条明确规定：“因自愿实施紧急救助行为造成受助人损害的，救助人不承担民事责任。”

Legal experts have supported Sun's actions, noting that they meet the four core elements of a "heroic act": no prior obligation, no legal duty, benefit to others, and emergency assistance. According to China's Civil Code, "Persons who voluntarily provide emergency assistance to others and cause harm to the assisted persons shall not bear civil liability."



航班乘务长向孙毅杰表示感谢

值得注意的是，事发前，孙毅杰刚结束为期两周的《早期接触临床》课程，该课程是为“零基础”的一年级医学生提供临床基本技能训练。

按照学校规定，孙毅杰还在大学一年级时选择了自己的临床导师，在医院急诊科见习。导师武汉大学人民医院洪山院区急诊科副主任医师刘梦林评价，“不论是在学校还是在临床上，他就像个小太阳一样温暖着身边的人。这次飞机上的救人事件，正是出于他善良品质的本能。”
