7月22日凌晨，不少游客“薅”到了故宫博物院的羊毛。从购票系统进入后，游客发现，故宫博物院的全价门票才0.02元，钟表馆、珍宝馆的票价也都是0.02元，相关展览的票价则是0元。

Numerous tourists took advantage of a technical glitch in the Palace Museum's ticketing system early Tuesday morning, allowing them to purchase tickets for as little as 0.02 yuan. Full-price tickets, as well as tickets to the Clock and Watch Gallery and the Treasure Gallery, were mistakenly listed at the same price. Some exhibition tickets were even displayed as free of charge.

Several tourists who had successfully bought tickets mentioned that while their orders had disappeared, the payments had not yet been refunded.

7月22日，故宫博物院通过媒体回应，2025年7月22日凌晨，因购票小程序升级时出现异常，导致7月22日至7月28日的票额、票种、票价显示错误。目前，小程序功能已恢复正常。

故宫表示，将尽快通过400-950-1925客服电话与在此异常时段内购票的观众联系，重新生成正确订单，保障观众的参观权益。由此给观众带来的不便，深表歉意。感谢观众理解与配合。

Following the incident, the Palace Museum apologized and explained that the pricing issue occurred due to a malfunction during an upgrade of its WeChat mini-program. The error affected ticket types, availability, and prices for the period from July 22 to July 28. The mini-program's functionality has since been restored.

The museum further clarified that it would contact those who purchased tickets during this period through its customer service hotline (400-950-1925) to correct their orders and ensure that the proper tickets were issued. "We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate the understanding and cooperation of our visitors," the museum stated.
