其实日常空调温度建议设置在26℃-28℃的“黄金区间”,这个区间不会因为温度太低导致空调病,体感最舒适,而且也相对省电。白天25℃-26℃体感舒适,夜间睡眠可升至27℃-28℃,避免后半夜过冷。

这样避免冷风直吹人体,减少“头痛/关节痛”,同时实现全屋温度均衡。
