美国总统特朗普3日签署行政令，指示美国内政部研究提高外国游客进入美国国家公园的票价，确保美国居民在游览国家公园时具有优先权利。

US President Trump signed an executive order on Thursday calling on the national park system to charge higher entry fees for foreign visitors.

白宫为该行政令发布的说明文件称，提高外国游客门票价格是世界各地国家公园的一项普遍政策。从外国游客身上增收的费用，将为国家公园内部维护项目筹集数亿美元。

The additional revenue generated by higher fees from foreign tourists will raise hundreds of millions of dollars for conservation and deferred maintenance projects to improve national parks, the White House said in a statement.

"To fund improvements and enhanced experiences across the park system, I've just signed an executive order to raise entrance fees for foreign tourists while keeping prices low for Americans," Trump said in a Thursday evening rally in Iowa. "The national parks will be about America first."

特朗普今年上任以来，采取诸多措施压缩国家公园系统经费，除了裁撤国家公园管理局大约四分之一的固定工作岗位，还减少了数千个临时工作岗位，并在2026财年的政府预算草案中，计划削减该机构超过12亿美元的拨款。

The executive order comes as the Trump administration has proposed cutting more than $1 billion from the Park Service budget in fiscal 2026, which would represent a reduction of more than a third of the agency's budget from the prior year.

The administration's cuts to the federal workforce have already aggravated a staff shortage in national parks across the country.
