美国白宫4日发布公告，宣布全面限制阿富汗、缅甸、伊朗、也门等12个国家的公民入境美国，部分限制布隆迪等7国公民入境。

根据白宫发布的公告，该限制令将于美国东部时间9日生效。美国以“国家安全”等为由，对阿富汗、缅甸、乍得、刚果（布）、赤道几内亚、厄立特里亚、海地、伊朗、利比亚、索马里、苏丹和也门等12国的公民实施全面入境限制。

美国还将部分限制布隆迪、古巴、老挝、塞拉利昂、多哥、土库曼斯坦和委内瑞拉等7国的公民入境美国。

US President Donald Trump signed a proclamation Wednesday evening to ban travel from several countries to the US, citing security risks.

The proclamation fully restricts and limits the entry of nationals from 12 countries: Afghanistan, Myanmar, Chad, Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and Yemen.

The entry of people from seven other countries: Burundi, Cuba, Laos, Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela, will be partially restricted, the official said.

声明称，此举是为了保护美国的国家安全。根据声明，这项公告对美国合法永久居民、现有签证持有人、某些签证类别以及入境符合美国国家利益的个人给予例外规定。

The proclamation includes exceptions for lawful permanent residents, existing visa holders, certain visa categories and individuals whose entry serves US national interests.

特朗普在其首个总统任期内也曾实施旅行禁令，按照白宫的声明，禁令限制了来自几个“审查程序不完善或存在重大安全风险”的国家的人员入境。

The countries facing the total ban were found "to be deficient with regards to screening and vetting and determined to pose a very high risk to the United States", according to a statement provided by the White House.
