Accompanying with the globe recession growing worse and worse, our company starts to reduce the staff as much as it could keep running. As a member of it, I can understand its action and taste how difficult it would encounter and all that I can do is to work harder at this stage. While, what the company does makes everybody upset not only the parties but also the onlookers who would even not like to devote themselves to working. If the company is going to fire someone, it won’t tell you directly and pay you the compensation; instead it will tell you that you need to improve yourself in the producing department for a long time. If you think it is intolerable you then could leave. So it doesn’t need to pay any compensation. However, no matter it would fire someone or send someone to the producing department, it should have told him at least 10 days ahead of schedule so that the man has enough time to make a decision, but the fact is that it let him go as soon as it declares the determination and it cares nothing about his feeling at all. No time to make a choice and even to prepare facing the suddenly coming misfortune.

A schoolmate has ever asked me to think about it carefully before deciding to work for this company. When I came here I knew what he meant. We have to work 12 hours a day and more than six days a week without any overtime pay. When I asked for a day off, I was not allowed. When I asked for the overtime pay I was told that I didn’t apply for my overtime work. What bullshit!

To be kidding, I have ever told my pa how awful the company is and if the company closes down, I’d rather give up my one month’s salary to celebrate its bankruptcy. When I was an HR in this company, I was told by my workmate that the company got a bad reputation in East China and no matter whom you are where you’re from, as long as you are human beings, you are welcome here. Especially, the stupid.

The more stupid the better. Of course dead is not included.

Well, the company is nothing, and complaining so much doesn’t work at all as well. I am going to leave after Chinese New Year too, even though it is dangerous to give up my work during the globe recession. I must believe in myself and be confident. I hope I could find a better one and do what I want to.

from ur lines,your current company is indeed lousy.so stingy to the staff,work more than six days a week.if not too much work to do,why do you need to overwork?that's waste of time,energy...

as you said, we don't have much work to do on weekends actually,we are not allowed rest even a day off although everybody stays in the office playing computergames ,surfing internet and watching movies etc,. nobody works except for answering the phone

in fact, I began to work very early everyday, that's why I always have time to surf the net at daytime. for example, I arrived at my office at 5 this morning, for work, I had to give up swimming today. now, I've fnished it though still some problems about the software, I, now, can have a rest and drink a cup of tea.

I feel grateful because I never worry about job problem, give my best regards to those who are worrying about their jobs here.
