3、所有人均可以参与，想辩论的可以发表自己的观点，不想辩论的可以支持某个辩手的观点，点他的观点“支持”就可以了；

4、每个辩手可以多次发表自己的观点；

5、辩论以每个参辩选手获得的总支持数之和为依据，由网站管理层判定获胜者；

6、严禁辩手用马甲来支持自己的观点，管理员将根据后台统计来监督比赛的公正性；

7、本期比赛时间为11.11-11.20，到期以后由版主或管理员宣布比赛结果；

8、奖励：比赛正方、反方各设“最佳辩手”一名，授予“最佳辩手”勋章，同时奖励鲜花200元；

参与辩论的所有成员每人奖励50元；参与投票的每人奖励5元

9、此次活动最终解释权归英语家园网站。大家有什么意见和建议，请发到“家园事务”版块。

1、请不要选“中立”立场，因为中立立场别人无法投票，如果已经选了，请重新发一贴，然后发短信给管理员，删除中立的那个。

I oppose to cancel the long holiday.

Our country is developing so rapidly, resulted our living-pace became so fast. The only way we can relax our tensional lifestyle is to have a holiday to rest our body and our mind, to have a dinner with our family and our friends, to do what we are eager to do but didn't have time before... ...

our holiday can be more and more, but cann't be gradually less than before. we need not only to increase our official holidays, but also to complete the related law, so that more and more workers can enjoy those official holidays.

because i think May day is chinese festival, For commemorate the festival, It"s not have to long holiday.

I oppose to cancel the May Day Holiday, thesr are two reasons:

one is most of people are expecting to get relax and tour or others after they have a long time work.

another reason is our societycan get more benefits from the Holiday Economy , we should not save money,we need to spending, we must change our mind,saving is not good hobby in economic development.

However, saving is differentto waste.

In my opinion,May day is a labour day,the meaning of labour is working,then,things we all do on May day is only working even more harderthanhaving this day off,same as plant trees day.

i had been working in the service businee field for many years,holidays were nightmares to me,during the long holidays i would always be trapped in a great deal oftough work,and i had to bust my ass from the early moring to deep night,and my stomach would always suffer from the sharp pain because icould hardly make time to eat my meal,each time i went home with exhaust who can imagine the feeling i had .I hated the long holidays,while igot myself outthere in the harm's way , others were enjoying the long hollidays andhaving fun together and went shopping happily.those who are in the same situation as me would think alike except that ofworking for the government .thank you!

I oppose to cancel the long holiday of May Day. Because we have been used to rest in the long holiday.In holidays, we can go for a trip or learn sth out of work. Certainly the new holidays can do this.But why not more holidays?

I'm in favor of canceling the long holiday of May Day holiday.

Though we will lose a chance to enjoy a 7-day holiday every year,we can own more total holidays instead. More importantly,I think it is awise way to spread around holidays in order to ralax people more efficiently. By canceling May Day holiday, we can gainmore freedom to adjust ourrest plan.Despite negtive effects of the matter should be taken into consideration,it's more scientific for us to make full use of anaverage holidayarrangment , so we willwork more efficiently when coming back to our positions. Don't you think so ?

On the whole, I think the advantages of this adjustment weigh much more than the disadvantages on this matter.

I don't agree with canceling the May Dayholiday :

if cancel the holiday ,we will suffer a huger traffic pressure .All over the countrythe people who are not working at the their hometown will have large diffculties to get home during the every holiday.You only can see millions of peopleeverywhere,the stations,the attractive places and the shops .Do you have the scenes about this?

7days ,it is so long. i think that traditional festival is also important. just like mid-autumn day, spring festival,, in that festival, people can relax more days .expecially spring festival, so many people who do not work in his homtown ,hope to stay with his family , beacause every year just one times.so i think , in traditional festival we can rest more days .
