wet/wetted
Wet作动词用时，意为“使潮湿；把......弄湿”，其过去式和过去分词有两套：wet/wetted。故意弄湿的行为用wetted，自然弄湿的行为用wet。如：
He wet his bed last night.他昨夜尿床了。
The wall had been wet by a broken pipe for years.墙壁被破水管浸湿了多年。
He wetted his lips in a theatrical way.他夸张地用舌头打湿嘴唇。
...his straight brown hair,freshly  wetted and parted in the middle.他的棕色直发，湿漉漉地从中间分开。
