说起“许多”，我觉得很多同学的第一反应就是“many”或者是“a lot of/lots of”。虽然这两种的说法确实是最为常用的两种说法，但是，小编告诉大家，只有两种的话绝对是不够用的~，但是大家别担心，Aki会在今天的这一期给大家提供五种不同的说法，供大家储备~

以下的四个词组皆可以和“a lot of”直接替换使用，都是表示“很多，许多”的意思。

（1）“loads of”；e.g.：There are loads of favours for us to choose.有许多的口味供我们选择。

（2）“tons of”；e.g.：I was not allowed to buy another pair of new shoes because my mum thinks I had tons of them.我妈妈不让我买一双新的鞋子，因为她觉得我有太多鞋子了。

（3）“piles of”；e.g.：My brother had piles of books under his bed.在我弟弟的床底下有非常多的书籍。

（4）“a multitude of”；e.g.：The Internet offers us a multitude of options.互联网给了我们很多选择。

另外，还有一个词组：“a wealth of”，意思和“a lot of”基本一样，但是这个词组经常和一些表示积极向上的事物搭配使用，例如knowledge，information，books等等。例句有“Public libraries offer us a wealth of information.”公共图书馆为我们提供了许多的信息。
