Middle school students and primary school students mainly use mobile phone to “get contact with classmates and friends”, it isn’t quite often for them to call family. While receiving and sending message has become the most frequent function for them. More than 80% primary and middle school students will send about 400 pieces of SMS per month; some may reach over 1000 pieces each month. The school and teachers are concerning a lot about mobile phone. Though many primary and middle schools have banned mobile phones in campus, however, with so many functions, such as silent mode, it is easy for students to put mobile phones in the school bag stealthily without being spotted. This consequently brings about a series of problems, those who are absent of mind in class, in disorder in class and indulge themselves in play can be found everywhere. How can the adolescents make good use of their mobile phones?



中小学生使用手机最主要的作用是“和同学、朋友联系”，与家人联系非常有限。而“收发短信”成为中小学生使用手机最频繁的功能，八成以上的小学生和初中生每月发短信的数量都在400条左右，有的孩子每月的短信数量达到1000条以上。对于手机，学校和老师们是顾虑重重。虽然许多中小学校都下令禁止学生把手机带进校园，但是手机功能多啊，可以调静音，偷偷放进书包带进了，神不知鬼不觉。便引发一系列问题，上课不注意听讲，扰乱课堂秩序，玩物丧志的学生比比皆是。未成年人如何使用手机才能让人放心？

Everything has two aspects, one aspect that is good for us, the other aspect that can bring some harm to us.

For 12-year-old kids to use the mobile, I think it’s not good for them. As a kid, they don’t know how to resist the temptation in mobile phone, cause we know, so many law-breakers make use of the mobile phone to spread the raunchy information.

对于12岁的孩子用手机，我认为对他们来说是不好的，一个孩子，他们不知道如何抵抗手机中的诱惑，我们知道，很多不法分子利用手机传播不良的信息。

And anther things that is much radiation with mobile phone. So, that will influence the health of children.

还有就是，手机辐射大，对孩子的身体不利。

They even haven’t that kind of ability to identify what is the good information and what is bad information.

他们甚至都没有区别事物好坏的能力。

Although the cell phone can help parents to find their children easily whenever they want.

虽然，手机可以让父母们随时很容易的找到他们。

But, it is a few benefits such like that, but it just for worry about lost your kids, and contrarily, may be you will be harm for them.

但是，也只是像这样的一丁点好处，只是为了担心孩子丢了。反而，也许会害了他们。

For kids, we need to create more good environment let them grow up healthily.

So, I think we’d better and try our best to prevent using mobile phone with children.

对于孩子，我们需要为他们创造一个良好的环境来让他们健康的成长。

所以，我认为，我们最好并尽全力阻止孩子们用手机。

chirdrens are too young,they don't have the abilities to control themselves.even myself,as a adult,i could stay up till pm 11 o'clock.the best way to contol is just don't get contacted with it.so i agree that kids shouldn't use mobile phone.
