<FONT color=#000000>I went to a psychology salon last weekend and we talked a lot around some topics. People ,especially those who are going to graduate and those who have just entered into the society, are confused about the jobs. Usually the complex situation is that the jobs that some one should do now is not the one that some one want to do.  Then how to solve the problem? Or that "I" have my job and my situation is quite good in other people 's opinion but not myself.In short," I" do not feel satisfied with my situation. This is quite a problem. No one can doubt that with the development of economy </FONT><FONT color=#000000>people is paying more and more attention to their feeling. They want to make sure that they are happy and contend with the situation. They don't want to sacrifice themselves since the life is so short. However,s</FONT><FONT color=#000000>ometimes they pay so much attention to feelings that they even forget the responsibilities or the reality. Spending too much time on the questions whether they like the job or not is kind of waste of time.  We should remember we have responsibilities and we should do the job well in spit of our feelings.When it comes to the question about the future plan,people, especially the ones going to graduate, usually a bit worried. They are afraid that they will face a big loss if they do not make a sound decision. Decision is important but once it is made, then stick to it.  Referring to the career plan,though the plan is important, we should remember that a good plan becomes perfect in practice it out.Therefore, let' take action. Let's think more of the responsibilities.</FONT></FONT>
