产品经理不一定是最了解用户和产品的人，Ta需要跟公司各个部门的同事沟通，才能发现用户最细微的需求和产品最准确的状态。Requirements document就是沉淀这些沟通过程的文件，里面包含了产品需要提升的各个需求和紧急程度。
