比如交货一定要符合 quality standards （质量标准），如果不符合，我们就要投诉！当然了，投诉的目的不是为了出气，目的还是为了解决问题。我们来看个例子：

We are most disappointed with the handle sample you sent us. As you know, our finished products must satisfy the quality standards of our clients. We would appreciate your sending us a new sample that meets our requirements as soon as possible.
