staffs/staves
Staff有2义：拐杖和工作人员。当“拐杖”用时，复数形式为staves；作“工作人员”用时，指两批或以上的职员时，复数形式为staffs。
The senators and their staffs are all in the buses.参议员们及他们各是的工作人员都在大巴上。。
He bought two staves at the souvenir shop.他在礼品店里买了两根拐杖。
注：staff这个词本身既是单数亦是复数。如：
The staff in this shop are/is very helpful.这家店的员工很乐意帮忙。
There is a staff of ten in this shop.这家店有十名职工。
I have ten staff working for me.我手下有十名职员。
