GEORGE：I'm making a bookcase. Give me that hammer please, Dan.

(['hæmə]字母a发的是[æ]，不是[a]，另外试试连读gi(v)e me tha(t) hammer)

DAN：Which hammer（同上）? This one?

GEORGE：No, not that one（学会习惯吞音：no(t) tha(t) one）. The big one.

DAN：Here you are.

GEORGE：Thanks, Dan.

DAN：What are you going to do now, George（同上）?

GEORGE：I'm going to paint（双元音发的不对，[peint]） it.

DAN：What colour are you going to paint（同上） it?

GEORGE：I'm going to paint（同上） it pink（[k]是尾音，后面不要加别的音，要轻且短）.

DAN：Pink!

GEORGE：This bookcase isn't for me. It's（缩写的读音当面纠音） for my daughter, Susan. Pink's her favourite colour.
