AM&PM 时间表达知多少？

很多人为了方便经常会告诉别人现在是9AM 或者是 6PM，可是你真的知道AM和PM是代表什么的吗？

AM(before noon )( 拉丁ante meridiem) 上午，午前

PM(after)(拉丁post meridiem)下午，午后

今天和大家一起学习一下关于时间的表示,不过先征集一下回复

S: what time is it ,Annie?几点了，安妮？

A：Just after five. 刚过五点

在日常生活中我们常见的时间表达如下：

1.整点表示方法

05：00 ---5 o'clock ,5AM, 5

17:00----5 in the afternoon, 5PM

21:00----9 in the evening,9 at night,9PM

当然在一天的生活中我们难免会遇到这些比较特殊的时间点，它们是：

00：00---12PM ,midnight,twelve at night

12: 00---12 in the morning,12AM,midday

2.分钟不超过30分钟时的时间表达方法

05:05--5 past 5 in the morning,5 5 ,5 after 5,

05:15--15 past 5 in the morning,5 15,15 after 5,a quarter past 5,a quarter after 5.

3.分钟超过30分钟的时间表达方法

05:35---35 past 5 in the morning,5 35,35 after 5,25 to 6.

05:45---45 past 5 in the morning,5 45,45 after 5,a quarter to 6.

TIPS：

其实表示时间很简单，大家只要记得过了几点用past 和 after, 还差多少分钟（当然这个少的数<30分钟哦！）用to 就可以了，万一不行，大家就用最简单的方法直接读出小时和分钟的英文数字就OK了，不管怎么样表示清楚就可以了！哈哈，加油！看大家在英语语法的学习上热情不高，不要给吓到了，其实语法并不像我们想像中那么困难！！此贴就是很简单的例子喽！加油哦，语法路上一起前行！附送一个时间小例句

example: What time will the boat leave from NY?船从纽约离开的时间是？

At a quarter past three in the afternoon.下午3点15分。

What time will the boat leave for NY去纽约的船什么时候开？

At a quarter past three in the afternoon.下午3点15分。

请大家注意leave from some place 和leave for some place的区别，leave from A表示从A离开，而leave（B） for A则表示从某地（B）离开然后去到A今天就附送这一点给大家喽，大家在语法路上要加油哦！~~
