《人民日报》记者：当前中东局势外溢影响更加明显，各国民生发展受到严重冲击。我们注意到，中方刚刚主办了全球共享发展行动论坛第三届高级别会议，会议发布了《共创未来行动计划成果清单》。请问发言人能否介绍更多情况？在当前背景下，主办论坛有何特殊意义？

People’s Daily: As the increasing spillover effects of the situation in the Middle East put a heavy strain on people’s livelihoods and development across the globe, China hosted the third High-Level Conference of the Forum on Global Action for Shared Development, during which the List of Deliverables for a Shared Future Actions Plan was released. Could you offer more information on the event? Is the conference of any special relevance given the current international background?

郭嘉昆：今年是习近平主席提出全球发展倡议5周年。5年来，全球发展倡议从中国主张扩大为国际共识，从合作理念拓展到丰富实践，为联合国2030年可持续发展议程提供了生机与活力。全球发展倡议得到联合国等国际组织和100多个国家的响应和支持，80多国加入了“全球发展倡议之友小组”，近百个国家、地区和国际组织同中方签署了倡议合作文件。全球发展倡议迄今开展了1800多个合作项目，为发展中国家培训各类人才超过20万名，推动全球发展事业迈出了新步伐、取得了新成效。

Guo Jiakun: This year marks the fifth anniversary of the Global Development Initiative (GDI) proposed by President Xi Jinping. Over the past five years, the GDI, starting as a cooperation concept proposed by China, has grown into a tested international consensus with proven results, injecting vitality into the implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. It has been endorsed and supported by international organizations including the UN and over 100 countries. More than 80 countries have joined the Group of Friends of the GDI. Nearly 100 countries, regions and international organizations have signed GDI cooperation documents with China. To date, under the framework of the GDI, over 1,800 cooperation projects have been carried out, and more than 200,000 personnel from developing countries have received various types of training. All this has boosted progress in global development.

面对变乱交织的国际形势，同球共济、团结合作才是唯一正确选择。中方愿同各方以落实全球发展倡议为平台，加快推进联合国2030年可持续发展议程，汇聚发展资源，筑牢发展基石，坚持和平发展，营造开放发展环境，让发展成果惠及更多人。欢迎各国抓住中国“十五五”规划这份“机遇清单”，共享中国式现代化带来的“发展红利”，共同开创全球发展新局面。

In a world fraught with changes and turbulence, solidarity and cooperation is the only right choice. China stands ready to work with all sides to take the implementation of the GDI as a platform to accelerate implementation of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, pool development resources, consolidate the foundation for development, stay committed to peaceful development, foster an enabling environment for open development, and ensure that the fruits of development benefit more people. We look forward to sharing with all countries opportunities presented by our 15th Five-Year Plan and development dividends brought by Chinese-style modernization to jointly open up a new horizon for global development.

彭博社记者：美国国务院批评中国施加影响迫使非洲三国取消了赖清德访问的飞行许可。外交部对此有何回应？

Bloomberg: The U.S. State Department criticized China for influencing three African nations to not let Lai Ching-te fly through their airspace. Does the Foreign Ministry have a response or comment?

郭嘉昆：世界上只有一个中国，台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分，一个中国原则是国际关系基本准则和国际社会普遍共识，是人心所向、大势所趋、大义所在。美方对中方捍卫国家主权和领土完整的正当行动指手画脚，对有关国家维护一个中国原则的正义之举横加指责，完全是混淆是非、颠倒黑白，中方坚决反对，绝不接受。中方敦促美方恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报，停止借台湾问题干涉中国内政，停止助台巩固所谓“邦交”，停止向“台独”分裂势力发出错误信号。

Guo Jiakun: There is but one China in the world. Taiwan is an inalienable part of China’s territory. The one-China principle is a basic norm in international relations and a prevailing consensus in the world. It is where the public opinion trends and the arc of history bends, and the right thing to do. It is fully just for China to defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity, and for relevant countries to safeguard the one-China principle. The U.S.’s irresponsible accusations are nothing but a mischaracterization of the facts and truth. China firmly opposes it and will never accept it. China urges the U.S. to abide by the one-China principle and the three China-U.S. joint communiqués, stop using the Taiwan question to interfere in China’s internal affairs, stop supporting and consolidating the so-called “diplomatic allies” of Taiwan region, and stop sending wrong signals to “Taiwan independence” separatist forces.

CGTN记者：世界旅游及旅行理事会发布最新数据显示，中国旅游业经济产值去年增长9.9％，是全球增速的两倍多，并预测中国有望在2030年前成为世界第一大旅游经济体。我们注意到，越来越多来华外国游客正在改变旅行方式，从“观光打卡”升级为“深度沉浸”、从“体验中国”转向“融入中国”。请问发言人对此有何评论？

CGTN: The latest statistics released by the World Travel & Tourism Council show that China’s travel and tourism economy grew by 9.9 percent in 2025, more than twice as fast as the global average, and that China could become the world’s largest tourism economy by 2030. We noted that more and more foreign tourists are changing the way they travel in China from simply sightseeing to an immersive experience, and from having a glimpse into China to being integrated into the country. What’s your comment?

郭嘉昆：这些年，“中国游”话题热度不减，“买家秀”好评不断。“一部手机游中国”的便利、在崇山峻岭中日行千里的快捷、放心游览夜景的安全，都给外国游客留下了深刻记忆。最新数据显示，今年一季度免签入境外国人次再次上涨，同比增幅近30％。

Guo Jiakun: Over recent years, “China Travel” has gained increasing popularity and we’ve seen many positive feedbacks from foreign travelers who have been to China. Convenient mobile apps, high-speed transportation network and safe streets late at night in China deeply impressed foreign visitors. In the first quarter of 2026, the number of foreigners who entered China visa-free continued to increase, up by nearly 30 percent year-on-year.
