At：用在具体的小地点前，无论在内在外，但对于城市，国家，城镇不可以

请在前台付款

In：表示“封闭区域”或“在….内部”，通常是大地点

(1).I like to relax in the garden.

我想在花园休息一会儿

你可以把书放我车里

可以共用的情况，比如:
