11月25日，义乌市公安局发布通告：2025年9月16日，我局对犯罪嫌疑人王俊凯（男，36岁，浙江省义乌市人）涉嫌非法吸收公众存款犯罪一案立案侦查。

The public security bureau of Yiwu, Zhejiang province, has issued a public notice concerning a suspect accused of illegal fundraising, identifying him by his full name, Wang Junkai. The 36-year-old local resident is under investigation for alleged involvement in illicit public deposit-taking, with the case formally registered on Sept 16, 2025.

为查明案情、打击犯罪，保护人民群众合法权益，请涉及该案的集资参与人携带本人居民身份证、借款协议、转款交易明细和收取利息明细等材料（原件和复印件）到义乌市公安局经济犯罪侦查大队核查登记。请案件当事人于2025年12月31日前及时报案登记，避免因逾期报案影响自身合法权益。

Authorities have called on all affected individuals to assist in the investigation by submitting relevant documentation. Participants are required to provide identification, loan agreements, transaction records, and interest payment details to the Economic Crime Investigation Division by Dec 31, 2025. The police emphasized that timely reporting is essential to safeguard victims' rights.



有网友质疑，警方为何会公布犯罪嫌疑人王俊凯全名，而不是王某某、王某凯。

The disclosure of the suspect's full name drew attention online, with some social media users questioning why partial anonymity, such as "Wang Moumou" or "Wang Moukai", was not used instead.

11月26日，向阳视频就此事致电义乌市公安局经侦大队，民警表示系犯罪嫌疑人个人作案，必须公布全名，不然集资参与者不知道（他）是谁。

In response, a police officer from the Economic Crime Investigation Division of the Yiwu Public Security Bureau explained on Wednesday that full-name disclosure was necessary in this case. "The suspect is believed to have acted alone. Without revealing his full name, it would be difficult for the public, especially potential victims, to identify him," the officer said.

此前义乌公安也有在通告中公布嫌疑人全名的情况，例如2024年12月30日，其曾发布“关于刘晶晶涉嫌非法集资案集资参与人报案登记事项的通告”，亦是非法集资案，同样公布嫌疑人全名。

This approach is not an isolated case. In a previous notice dated Dec 30, 2024, Yiwu police also fully identified another suspect, Liu Jingjing, involved in a similar illegal fundraising scheme.
