稀饭Rice porridge porridge主要是指“麦片粥”。congee主要是指“米粥”,是Chinese rice congee/Cntonese congee的缩写。按西方人的习惯,这两种都是porrige. 而congee是英语中的外来语,源自印度泰米尔语kanji。 Fried bread stick 和 fried dough stick 没有本质上的区别,只是不同的翻译。我认为用dough(稀面团)比用bread(面包)更确切。直译比较:油炸的棍状面包 / 油炸的稀面团棍。是不是后者更贴切? |

Soy milk (also called soya milk, soybean milk, or soy juice) and sometimes referred to as soy drink/beverage is a beverage made from soybeans. In Korea, "두유(豆乳)" is the word for representing soy milk. "두" and "유" represent soy and milk respectively.
