Malaysia is tightening airline and airport security in the wake of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370's disappearance, officials said, as industry experts urged governments to consider stronger measures to minimize security threats.

Malaysian Defense Minister Hishammuddin Hussein on Tuesday reiterated investigators' belief that the way the jetliner flew before it vanished from radar on March 8 was consistent with 'deliberate action' by someone on the plane.
