If i were boss. I lwould like undergraduates. because they would be enthusiastic and aggressive.It is useful for them when they go to work. and they will lead to sucuess with their dream if they work hard.

I think the problem is not about which one the three kind of men we should choose ,it is about which one would be more useful for us ,as long as one can take more profit for you ,even if he is a primary school student ,we would get him

oh, it depends. some positions are quiet fit for doctoral student, however, undergradutes seem more competant in some field.

No matter what kinds of education background they have, from middle school graduates to doctor, its equal treats. I only select the right person, who is best for the position and cost less.

As a boss,i need the person who work hardest,give me the best interest.

The philosophy of choosing talents for job positions should not be based on degrees only, it should be based on the requirement of job. If an applicant with a bachelor degree can fulfill the task, then, why do I hire a person with doctoral degree to pay more salary? I can certainly hire a person with doctoral degree if the applicant would accept the same salary as the applicant with bachelor degree, but this does not sound reasonable.

As a boss, everyone hope the employee is hardest man in the world and hope the employee can give his the highest interest.
