you think which way is better? lets you feel easier to open mouth to speak English?

Actually, after I submited this post, I wanted to add two more choices:
Practise with mirror
Attend oral english training class
Though I do not agree with these two methods, maybe some people like it. However, I do not know how to add them.

  If we often have the chance to chat with a native speaker,our English will be improved evidently.
  Anyway,We have to open our mouth.Don't be afraid to 'talk'.

I'd like to talk to several foreigners and chinese together.

I select the fourth.But I don't know the meaning of " 1 on 1 practice ".

But I hope to have a chance to speak with a nativeEnglishspeaker.
