It's the hours after sunset setting in Xi'an, one of China's ancient capitals and a major tourist destination. Even late at night, the city remains alive, with well-lit streets, busy night markets, and visitors in traditional costumes moving through the city's nightscape.

There are more advancements in technology from here that we could really use to scale up our safety in New Zealand. The transportation is very safe. And if you go at night, it's safe. The people and the local community help the government to build these things.
