A multitude of factors ,both professional and personal,make contribution to a successful job interview. To begin with ,job seekers should dress themselves properly and formally so that they may look mature and confident. And it is also of great importance for job interviewees to attach much emphasis to their talk and behavior ,for such little things are often neglected. What's more ,really impressive job hunters will also prepare a brief self-introduction including their special ability and working experiences. So long as job hunters bear the above suggestions in mind ,I cherish an unshakable belief that they will probably acquire their dream job!!

原来是在讨论面试，说说我的个人经验吧。其实我的现在的这份工作是没有经过面试的，但我曾经面试过。还记得那时还没有拿到毕业证，学校已经停课了，所有的学生都去找工作，于是，我做了一份个人简历，就去了人才市场。第一次面试一般都会通过，然后他会告诉你要去复试，当时，我是跟同宿舍的一个舍友一起去的，记得那时好傻，也好单纯，我们进去后，针对他的提问，把书本上的东西，说了一下，还感觉说的不错，当然到了最后，没有去做那份工作，因为当时就是抱着玩的心态去的，父母怎么会允许自己的女儿留在离他们300公里远的另一个城市呢？所以，毕业后回来了，找了一份稳定的工作，不过现在想想，却没有后悔，因为，我们都是太恋家的人，怎么会离家那么远呢？有家人的陪伴的感觉真的很好。原来家才是避风的港湾。

可是我已经离开了家，以后也将四处漂泊～～～～

第一次面试的时候，注意，形象很重要，这里并不是说一个人的外表，而是那种沉稳，尽量的让自己沉稳一些，然后是谈吐，你在面试之前应该对自己的工作有一些了解，然后，搜集一些资料，准备的充分一些。当然要让你的话有感染力，能说服对方，而且最重要的是要让人看到你的实力和诚心，简历不要做的太长，没有一个人会耐心看你长达三篇的简历，一篇即可，对于介绍自己特长的，经验的，用醒目的粗体，这就是我的经验了，虽然没有留在那个地方工作，但我的面试还是很成功的，有人打了三次电话邀请我过去，但我最终还是回来了，希望这点经验对你有所帮助。
