hi, gals and guys, I'm Renee, a new attendee . Post a presentation which i have done at last weekend in my oral english class to share with you.

>Today I gonna have a presentation about a movie. That’s really a movie can inspire your soul. The movie named “Brave Heart”.
First, I wanna introduce the story’s background of this movie. This film based on real life. At the beginning of 14th century, The Scotland was ruled by England, English nobility have many privileges , the exclusive one is the 'Prima(e) Nocta.. a right to take all new brides for the first night. The Scots are none too pleased with the brutal English invaders, but they lack leadership to fight back. And then, the hero William Wallace appeared. He is a Scottish rebel who leads an uprising against the cruel English ruler Edward I the Longshanks, who wishes to inherit the crown of Scotland for himself.

When he was a young boy, William Wallace's father and brother, along with many others, tried to free Scotland. Unfortunately, they failed and lost their lives. 
Day after day, our little boy grew up and became a strong handsome man. He met to a very kind girl, she was Malen, a pure pretty scoth girl. William wanted to get married with her. They yearned toward peace rural life . But things went contrary to his wishes, he lost another of his loved one, Malen was killed by the brutal English noble before they got marriage. Then William Wallace bear his sad in heart. He led the brave Scotch attack to English Military. The lax English military was defeated roundly by these brave warriors. Then the Scotch Royalty knighted him. But William Wallace found that the Scotch nobility didn’t care their people’s life and freedom at all, they only wanted to keep their lordship safely, so he rejected it.
 <o:p></o:p>
Soon the English ruler Edward the Longshanks got the news. This is the Edward, he has a monicker--- Longshanks(The part of the human leg between the knee and ankle.), a really cruel guy. He flew into a fury His son, the Edward II was an incompetent and cowardly person but he had a very beautiful and bright wife --- Isabella. She used to be the French princess. However the political marriage made she had to marriage to the man she didn’t love at all. The sly Edward sent Isabella to have a peace talk. He made the decision for two reasons: first, he won’t bet him or his son’s life to the dangerous situation to have peace talk. And if the Isabella had any danger, the France would probably sent more troops and join the allied forces to Scotland because of their Princess. So what a cattish guy he was. <o:p></o:p>
 <o:p></o:p>
Isabella had found the peace negotiation is a put-up job, she found the Edward didn’t care about the citizen’s safe and life, freedom and equality. He only wanted to buy William Wallace over. 
After arriving Scotch, Isabella met William Wallace, with a short conversation, she found William was a really hero who would like to give her life to make her people free from the brutal domination. She couldn’t help to loving him. She told William Wallace that he is in a very dangerous situation, the allied forces of England and France would attack them. William Wallace appreciated for the princess’s advice. In the meantime, he fall in love with Isabella. Love rounded the two kind people tightly. 
Next, a cruel battle broke out, both the Scotch and the England army had great damage. The King Edward advised to have a peace negotiation once again. William Wallace though that’s might be a trap, but he still decided to go. Because he couldn’t want their people died in the war anymore. However, he was arrested just after arriving England. 
He was committed for trial The inquisitionist took many cruel ways to afflict him. Actually, the Edward had ordered to behead him. But if he could admit his crime that he is betrayer, they would kill him without pain. But our hero still kept his belief, suffering of intense physical pain. Before he died, he exerted all his strength to shout: ”Freedom!”. <o:p></o:p>
On the meantime, the Edward sicked, There he lied day in day out,unable to move,and with no hope of recovery. He even couldn’t speak one word. Then the Princess Isabella told him a secret which could kill Edward immediately. Isabella said she was pregnant, but William Wallace is the baby’s father. Nobody else would know the big secret in the world. The English royal blood would mix with Scotch in fate. (by the way , I don’t know if it’s true, but as an audience, I like this plot very much, it’s a big lampoon for the colonist.)<o:p></o:p>

In Scotland, Robert Bruce, the new Scotch king, carried on William wallce’s career, lead his people struggled to get free. At the end, they won it. For generations, Scotch will never forget their national hero- William Wallace who sacrificed himself to make the people free.<o:p></o:p>

I wish you could have a time to see this film and hope you could enjoy it.

Dear Renee,
Thanks for your detailed introduction of this movie, it just reminds me of the joyful moment when I was watching it in the great hall with other memebers of English Club at colleage. I could still remember that at that time, my campus life could be boring, but it had become my most joyful moment to watch these movies. As you mentioned at the end of your presentation, what shock and impressed me most was the final words from our hero "Freedom", when the enemy was cutting in his body. He was shouting with all his strength and faith in his life. I also appreciate the final plot that the hero's son finally would be the leader. It serves as a spiritual comfort to our audiences, since the hero was killed at the end.
Thank you again for sharing this movie here, and I wish you could share with us more about these wonderful movies in the coming days.

Dear Renee,

Thanks for your detailed introduction of this movie, it just reminds me of the joyful moment when I was watching it in the great hall with other memebers of English Corner at college. Im not gonna give one hell a lot of comments on your articles, and Im not gonna say too many words to you lady, though I've already done it. But some words I really think I have to share with you otherwise it wont be easy for me to fall asleep at night Renee. As is known to us all, this movie is one of my favourites, it shocked me moved me scared me truely madly deeply. As the William Wallace was giving out his first cry on battle field, and the second cry, third cry and then the last cry "Freedom" on execution ground, I felt not only once that I had the urgent need to go to the toilet to spit out my extra water out of my passionate body, as I absolutely felt some kind of energy, some kind of call from the wild at the bottom of my heart had been waken up at the moment Wallace and his followers killed their opponents by blades and spears. That day I was really regreted for having too much water. At the end of the movie when Wallace was being cut by the swordsman, I almost had the urgent need to throw my PC and CRT out of my window out of passion and anger, but then I took a second thought and I concluded that if I really did it I would be thrown out of my window as well, that's the only reason why I withheld in the end.
Your recommendation is one hell of a great recommendation, Renee, keep going on, we'll all appreciate it heart and soul.i dont want to give a lot of commetns, though I already have done it, but never mind, not at all, that's all right, we'll like your recommendation.[em04]
