我国人均GNI破1万美元

China's per capita gross national income crossed$10,000 for the first time in 2019, with its globalranking climbing up 70 places from 2000, NationalBusiness Daily reported on Monday.

据《每日经济新闻》8月10日报道，2019年，我国人均国民总收入（GNI）首次突破1万美元大关，全球排名比2000年上升了70名。

The country's per capita GNI further rose to $10,410last year, higher than the average level of uppermiddle-income countries of $9,074 in the same year, the report said, citing an article by ZhangJun, director of the International Statistical Information Center of the National Bureau ofStatistics.

报道援引国家统计局国际统计信息中心主任张军的话称，去年我国人均GNI升至10410美元，高于中等偏上收入国家9074美元的平均水平。



China's per capita GNI was just $940 in 2000 and was classified as one of the lower-middleincome countries by the World Bank back then.

2000年，我国人均GNI仅940美元，被世界银行归入中等偏下收入国家行列。

China's global ranking also rose to the 71st in 2019, up from the 141st in 2000, according tothe World Bank ranking in per capita GNI.

根据世行人均GNI排名，我国全球排名已从2000年的141名升至2019年的71名。

China is expected to reach high-income status by 2027 and is unlikely to linger in themiddle-income trap, according to a report by US investment bank Morgan Stanley, as reportedby People's Daily Online.
